Our studio is situated in a residential area of London, with a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest tube which can then take you to central London in 20 minutes.
The studio is very private and is extremely well equipped with everything you need.
The area is completely open plan with a king-sized platform bed on the mezzanine floor, and a double sofa bed on the ground floor.
There is a mini kitchen which has sink, small fridge, kettle, toaster, 2-ring plug-in hob and a combi oven (microwave/grill/conventional).
So you have everything you need to prepare a simple meal including utensils, pans etc.
There is also a small private patio outside which overlooks the shared garden.
The hosts live in the main house beside the Studio so they are there if you need anything but will always respect your privacy and never disturb you.
Nearby you have a large park as well as many shops, bars and restaurants or you can get to central London within 45 minutes using public transport.

Highly recommended

We had the best time in this lovely studio. Everything was perfect and I love the sweet little details in the house which makes our short trip to London so wonderful. Yvonne is such a warmhearted person and host. Check in and out was super easy and we has everything we needed.

Sehr sehr schönes Haus! Wir lieben es!

Das Häuschen ist ein Traum! Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es ist wahnsinnig gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und geben gute Tipps. Die Lage war für uns gut. Man konnte, nach einem 20-minütigen Spaziergang mit der Bakerlooline direkt in circa 20 Minuten in die Stadt fahren. Perfekt! Wir kommen wieder!

Absolutely amazing!

The property was easy to find, had easy access, is in a quiet, clean and safe area. Overall it was just right for a family of 4, extremely clean and very cozy! Had all the necessities to make breakfast or a basic meal. There was tea coffee sugar and the owner even left some milk! Theres even shampoo conditioner shower gel! The owners were very friendly and helpful. Its a 13 minute walk to the nearest over/underground station, willesden junction where you can get the bakerloo line into london. Theres a grocery shop just outside the station for bread milk etc.. We found it convenient to use bolt taxi as well. Overall it was a great experience :)

Nice apartment

We quite liked the apartment - clean, cozy, and comfortable. Yvonne was a fabulous host. She was very responsive to any and all questions and provided many suggestions and recommendations for our stay. The location is a bit of a commute outside of central London but the public transportation was easy to use.

Loved it!

Had the loveliest time staying in this property with my partner. It was the perfect space for a couple. The studio was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could possibly need in it. We feel very lucky to have found it!

Would recommend this place to anyone! Very friendly and helpful hosts before we arrived and during. They helped us with any question we had and went beyond to answer it. The place was great for our small group.

Avondale Studio Stay

The studio was well equipped with everything you would need for a stay in London. It was well clean and located in a good neighbourhood. Host was very attentive, comminuted well, and was willing to help if anything was needed.

Petite maison chaleureuse au calme et au vert

Cosy maisonette bien décorée et agencée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable au calme après la turbulence de Londres; hôtes très accueillants et avenants; nous étions 2 adultes avec 2 ados pour une première découverte de la capitale britannique!

I am a French teacher and my husband is a writer, his passion is football! I love cooking gardening and playing tennis. We live in the main house beside the studio and our 3 adult children come and go a lot. We are almost always around but respect your privacy and leave you in peace unless you need something.
