Everything went smoothly and the apartment matched the description. A nice place to sleep in a quiet nondescript area from which one can reach Fitzrovia and Bloomsbury in 10 minutes on foot. Works fine as a somewhat central base for sleeping if one wants to spend all of one's time exploring the city.

Great location,we were able to walk almost anywhere we wanted.Buckingham Palace for example, was about 45 minute walk. We found a great coffee shop within 5 minute walk.Lots of restaurants close by.5 minutes walk to Warren st Underground station.It was a bit tough to find, without the picture we were sent, it would have been very difficult.I would suggest you put address as Stanhope st, Harrington house building, flat 57.

This is a great location near Warren St station. Building was grungy but the apartment itself was very clean with sufficient supplies. Communication with host a bit challenging regarding check-in. Given wrong code to lock box and insufficient instructions to enter the building's front door (given a code, when I should have been told to place the key fob on the square to unlock the door). Only discovered it by waiting for someone else to enter the building. Also the address listed was confusing as it gave the apartment number as the street number. However, host was clear in her email regarding the name of the apartment block and that the number belonged to the apartment, not the building on the street.

This area of town is going through some redevelopment and construction but this flat is located on a top floor so even with the windows open, noise was minimal. The flat is small and takes a little getting use to but for the price, it was fantastic. Close to 2 major subway stations, plenty of restaurants, & stores (Lidl is a 5 minute walk). Regents Park, Camden Town, and Baker Street are all within a short walk (less than a mile). British Museum, National Gallery, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and Piccadilly Circus are slight bit further (1 to 2 miles) but still easily walkable. The host communicated well and always answered within minutes of our leaving a message, Check-in was painless (only suggestion here is have the lock box at the rear door as this is more convenient to the elevator and the door you will always be using)..

General experience with the apartment itself was good. Great location, has everything, but basic. Checkin was unfortunately not a pleasant experience as it was 30min delayed. I arrived 10min after checkin time, the keys were not in the locker and cleaning was not finished for 20min longer. Booked for three people, but had to prepare the third bed myself. At least got directly an answer after asking where the keys are. Was still an unnecessary stress at the beginning of the stay.

Fantastic location

Great location, within 10 mins walk to 3 x tube stations and 15 min walk to Oxford circus. Very safe area. Apartment was great. Did run out of hot water but it was so hot it didn't matter. There were instructions on how to fix it but didn't work for us. Not a problem though. Jade was awesome, always came straight back to me and even let us left our luggage there on check out day. Would definitely recommend.

Emplacement au top, à mi chemin entre Camden et Soho. Communs de l’immeuble pas hyper propres mais la propreté de l’appartement est irréprochable.Quelques soucis avec l’eau chaude rapidement réglés par Jade (manque une note explicative )

Not quite what we expected.

Good things were we could cook something, it was clean and the location was good. There was no ironing board, no toaster, having a shower was difficult with no curtain. The furniture was uncomfortable and very small. The hot water was a bit difficult to understand and the TV worked intermittently.

Unable to enter the property

Leading up to the trip, I had amazing interactions with our host, Jade, who even offered us an early check-in, and I was excited to stay here! Unfortunately, two different addresses were listed, so it took us a while to find the property that matched the description. Then, when we arrived, there were four different lock boxes located in the front of the property. We had also received two different lock box codes on the check-in instructions, so we had to try both of them on all four lock boxes. One of them worked, but when I opened it, there was nothing inside it. I tried calling and messaging Jade, but it was late at night when we arrived, and she was unresponsive until the next day, so we had to find alternate lodging for that night. Later, Jade responded with more specific instructions, including pictures, but by then, we had found somewhere else, so we contacted Vrbo for a refund. Had we received clearer instructions, I think this stay would have been great! Thanks to Jade, after the event, however, for being very understanding and responsive.

Super séjour !

Studio conforme aux images, bien placé, proche des stations de metro et arrêts de bus, idéal pour deux personnes.Quartier calme.Le canapé lit est un peu dur et l'appartement plutôt lumineux ( prévoir un masque de sommeil).Quelques difficultés pour la mise en marche de l'eau chaude et l'arrivée ( le code communiqué n'était pas le bon), mais l'hôte était très réactive, sympathique et nous a aidé sur le champ!Pour ce prix, je ne peux que recommander, nous avons passé un super séjour!

Overall good location, easy to get to the stations etc. unfortunately at checkin the code to get in wasnt correct, jade answered quickly with the correct code. also weren’t sure how to turn on the water heater once we got there. Jade answered very quickly and promptly when asked all questions!

Good location, it’s ideal for walking places or taking transportation . Sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, mattress is less than 2 inches thick. The bed was comfortable tho.

Avoid this property

Check out other reviews carefully. The place is hard to find, dirty, and the owner is not responsive to suggestions that would make the space work so much better. When we arrived, we could not figure out the heat and hot water (the owner gave instructions, but they are not that clear). The toilet was pre-used (unflushed) when we arrived. The oven was greasy, smelly, and filled with pizza crumbs. The linens smelled musty, and there was hair and dirt on the silverware, tables. In addition, the location turned out to be far from the tube.
