Cette charmante maison de ville de 3 chambres, 2 1/2 salles de bain dans Ocean Walk, a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre après une journée passée à explorer, à la plage ou au bord de la piscine. Ce condo est confortablement meublé. Appareils en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine. De nombreux sièges pour les dîners en famille. Les salles de bain ont été récemment rénovées. Laveuse et sécheuse sont situées hors de la cuisine. Le patio à l'arrière donne sur le grand lac et la fontaine. Perfect vacation

The property has a great location, 2 pools near by and a nice pond view in the backyard. It was clean and in the house was everything we need! Beach and center are a few minutes away.

Great family vacation rental

We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two teens). Condo had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and we loved watching the ducks in the pond from our patio. Location was great, easy walk to the village and the pier down the street. We hope to stay there again.

Great location

Great place for families. Location is excellent. Has most everything you need. Just bring beach towels and a hair dryer and you're set! Will definitely be back.

Great family place!

We had 3 adults and 2 children, perfect size. We stay often at Ocean Walk, but first time for this unit. We'll stay here again! Right on the lake with a great view and near the back pool. Thanks for a great stay!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!

We enjoyed this vacation so much this is a great home to stay it has everything you need. It is close to downtown shops pier and restaurants. My children enjoyed playing tennis and basketball in the evenings. We enjoyed the pool it has plenty of chairs. I can really not say enough about it it was perfect we plan to stay again next year.

Plenty of room, great location

We enjoyed our stay. The 3bedroom/2.5 bath gave us plenty of room. The location of the condo to the amenities of the facilities was perfect- next to tennis courts, pond view, near clubhouse, near grills. Ocean Walk is super close to pier area for walking around and eating out. Would love to return one day!

Great location, recently renovated. Any tiny issues we had were insignificant and fixed extremely fast. Great experience overall. Apt is next to a pool and right on the small pond. We love it

Perfect location, perfect view

Condo is a short ride to anywhere on the island. Lots to do on property. Condo was clean and spacious. Owner was available when needed. View from the back patio is beautiful and very peaceful especially in the evenings. Enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back.

Month on St Simons

Very nice centrally located end unit townhome. Can walk to the village (15 minutes). Quiet complex that’s clean. 2 pools. Tennis courts. Very good communication with property management.

Good value and location!

This was a perfect spot to land in a nice development. The bathrooms were clean, great to have laundry in unit. Lots for the kids to do next to the tennis courts, great views of lake. The only suggestion I would make is to replace the carpet as it was worn. Otherwise it was perfect. Thanks so much!

Kitchen could be stocked better. Furniture in living room rather uncomfortable due to age and wear. Location is great. Patio is pleasant place to sit overlooking pond. Bed rooms and baths are comfortable. Grand kids enjoyed the rope swing in the tree just outside.

Spacious Condo in a Great Location

Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. Complex has two pools, pond with ducks, fish and turtles, play area for kids, tennis and basketball. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the pier. This condo was not well stocked with necessities - no spices (only salt), coffee filters (we left some for future guests), no hairdryer...) some cleaning attention should be given to the floors, corners and baseboards. Overall - would stay again.

Dear Mallory: I am so sorry you were not completely satisfied with our accommodations. We strive to keep our condo clean and well stocked with necessary items to get your stay off to a great start. We do not normally provide spices for sanitary reasons. Most of our guests do not want to use any type of food item that has been opened and handled by other guests. Having a hair dryer at the condo is a great idea. We appreciate your feedback & we do hope you will stay with us again!

Great for a family with older kids

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse was perfect. Clear and simple, appointed with everything we needed to spend the week. The living room opened to outdoor seating and the lake, one of the two pools was steps away. There were swings in the trees and a tennis court too. The hall closet even had beach chairs and sand toys stashed in it. There was a TV in the master as well as the living room, plenty of towels, washer/dryer and enough room for my kids (10, 13, 18) to get away from each other as needed. Perfect setting for this family of five. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

Great House, but...

The location and layout of the house is just perfect for three adults. But this house is in great need of some TLC and a refresh. A new coat of paint on the walls, consider cleaning up the rusted patio furniture and air vents, refresh the indoor stair railings, and add a new check-in key box. The kitchen needs a frying pan, too. But, we remain a fan of St. Simons. <3

Great location

Ocean Walk condominiums is located in the perfect spot. The community is great, it’s quiet and it’s a such a friendly neighborhood. This particular unit has a lot of potential, but could use a few updates. It definitely needs a good thorough, deep cleaning that should be maintained afterwards. Beds were very hard, this may just be a personal preference for us, but we thought they were uncomfortable. Communication with the property manager was great, she responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall this is a nice place, located in a good spot within Ocean Walk and with a nice view of the lake. Thank you!

Had a good visit

We had a good time. We like Ocean Walk. Place seemed clean but we noticed not all the beds had clean sheets. They were used or slept in and remade. We used all the beds so we checked them all. The upstairs could use some fans. You have to turn the A/C way down to cool off the upstairs resulting in freezing anyone downstairs. Other than that we had a great visit. The rest of the condo was clean. It was easy to contact the property manager. Condo is close to everything.

I'm so sorry you felt the sheets were not clean. I assure you they were washed & bleached per COVID protocol. We have experienced sheets wearing more than normal wear & tear as we have increased added bleach. We have had to replace sheets often. I will definitely check on this ASAP.
