Hilltop Home Atascadero, great for the whole family!

Located on top of a hill with amazing treetop views, a large deck with patio seating, outdoor dining area, hot tub, and propane grill. This home is a great place to enjoy a relaxing evening with the whole family after your day of play! Indoors you will find a clean, stylish, spacious living and dining space, a fully stocked kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a large garage converted into a game room with seating, tv, ping pong, chess table, and fridge.

Spacious and well appointed. This home has all brand new furniture and accessories. We purchased every single thing brand new specifically for this house to be a cozy, comfortable hilltop hideaway; a "home away from home" style vacation rental. There are two living areas: The main has sectional couch, 83 inch smartTV, two leather recliners, books, games and puzzles. The second living area is more of a game/movie room with extra fridge, ping pong table, large sectional couch, and 65 inch smart tv. You can open garage door for indoor/outdoor living and it's great for watching sports/movies or have a separate teenage hangout space with their game consoles. Three comfortable bedrooms: master with king size bed, sitting area, 65 inch smart tv, and attached bathroom. The other two have queen beds with 55 inch smart TV. All beds have memory foam mattresses, organic cotton sheets, and Pendleton brand bedding, making for a great night sleep. please note that we do NOT provide cable TV, only smart tv with apps like hulu, Netflix, prime, etc that guests can log in on their OWN accounts. Be aware of this in regards to live sporting events. We do allow 2 extra guests, which are welcome to sleep on the couches or use the provided high quality air mattress. We are family friendly with highchair and portable crib/playpen for babies and toddlers. The kitchen and dining are well stocked and seat 10. The large deck has patio seating as well as an outdoor dining table and a propane grill. We also have beach chairs, ice chest, and beach towels for your day trips to the coast!

There are beautiful oak trees and hilltop views surrounding the property. It is a very quiet, relaxing, and peaceful place but close to all amenities. We hope to provide a home that you will want to return to again and again!

We loved everything about this property!
Title says it all. This is a great property, in a wonderful location. Downtown Atascadero is minutes away with great places to eat and hang out at, and Paso Robles is not much further. The house has everything needed for a comfortable vacation. Interior design is beautiful with couches you want to snuggle up in. Every room has a large mounted TV. The beds are very comfortable. We loved having the extra family room in the converted garage - it even has heat/AC vents in it. The kitchen is a cook kitchen for sure. I loved the LG stove so much, that I went home and bought one for myself. Outside there are different sitting/gathering/eating areas - perfect for a larger family stay. We are already planning to return this summer.

Very happy
Loved staying here. The house and property were very clean and clutter free. Lots of space to spread out in the main living room/kitchen or in the garage. We had four kids with us and they had a blast. Had everything we needed from linens and towels to cleaning supplies and even a few condiments and spices. Also, left a basket of snacks and some basic food items that we appreciated having. Finally, the neighborhood is nice and quiet with oaks all around, but downtown is very close and it was convenient to get to the grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

What a gem!
We came to Atascadero for a wedding and stayed at this gem. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, has a large and very comfortable living room with lots of pillows and cozy blankets. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, the coffee, creamer and snacks were thoughtful and appreciated. Had a small problem with the oven, but Sadie the property manager was very accomodating with a fix that saved the day. Thanks again Sadie! The bedrooms have very comfortable beds, nice linens and extra pillows if needed. The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels, wash cloths, even shampoo and body wash if needed. We enjoyed playing ping pong in the spacious garage. Had our coffee each morning and our wine in the evening outside on the nicely furnished deck enjoying the quiet neighborhood and the beautiful views. Would absolutely stay here again and will recommend this gem to family and friends.
