Welcome to this clean and modern home located in the charming town of Templeton. The open floor plan flows effortlessly, making the space ideal for entertaining. Guests will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and three designated workspaces throughout the home.

The spacious and inviting outdoor area offers multiple seating options, a firepit, and a BBQ area. Relax in the hammock beneath the mulberry tree and soak in everything this beautiful property has to offer.
🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements
• Bedroom 1: Full-sized bed, designated workspace, and walk-in closet
• Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed and closet
• Guest Bathroom: Located between Bedrooms 1 and 2
• Primary Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, two closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
Comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests.

Guests have private and exclusive access to the home, garage, and backyard.

Hello! I manage multiple properties along the beautiful Central Coast and will not be on-site unless needed. I am available 24/7 via phone, text, or Airbnb message.

🗓️ Can I cancel my reservation?
It depends! Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking may be canceled with no penalty, unless within 72 hours of check-in. Any reservation with a change of dates within 72 hours of check-in will be subject to penalty.
All cancellations after 24 hours of booking are subject to a non-refundable 3% merchant service fee charged by Stripe.

Maybe! Check-in is guaranteed at 3:00 pm or later. Early check-in opportunities may be assessed on the day of arrival based on availability. Please reach out prior to your arrival to inquire.

Check-out is by 11:00 am on your departure day.
Late check-outs are based on availability and incur a fee:
• $35 for a 12:00 pm checkout
• $45 for a 1:00 pm checkout
After 1:00 pm, the full night’s room rate plus tax will apply. On or before departure day, please contact us before 11:00 am to inquire about availability or make arrangements.

We sure are! A $45 per-stay fee (limit 2 pets per room) must be added to the reservation prior to check-in. Please complete payment before arrival through the “Add a Pup” upsell option.
