Bienvenu! Welcome! As soon as you walk into this beautiful, 3 bedroom (sleeps 8) 2 bath home within a 7-minute walk to the beach, your vacation will begin. The property was completely renovated in 2022, so we don't have many reviews yet, but the place is amazing! We worked very diligently to make this property beautiful and ready for your vacation or business trip. It has a brand-new kitchen, new appliances, new hardwood floors, new bathroom. this house is modern and well-appointed. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept kitchen, and living areas. Central air conditioning and heating with a convenient on-site brand-new washer/dryer on the 1st floor, perfect for keeping up with the beach wear. Enjoy evenings with al fresco dining on the deck with a gas grill nearby, a table, and chairs, and a small fire pit in the back. Comfortable new beds, Smart TV with streamlining apps, WIFI included. Cooler, beach buggy, beach towels, and beach chairs to use during your stay. Quality bedding and towels. Off-street parking for two possibly three vehicles (depending on size) in the driveway, each of your vehicles parks one behind the other on the right side of the driveway, plus there may be street parking available. This property is located on a quiet dead-end street with access to the Eastern Trail, which is great for hiking and biking. Just a short walk to downtown Old Orchard Beach restaurants, shops, amusements, and the Pier; it’s convenient to everything OOB has to offer.

Great late season getaway

Very nice accommodations and close to everything in OOB. Many things close down in OOB in mid to late September. However, this location is 10 minutes from Pine Point, 15 minutes from Scarborough and 35 minutes from downtown Portland.

Our vacation in O.O.B

We all loved staying at 41 School St. Very comfy beds! The house has everything you need, the only complaint is the leather sofas which were uncomfortable. Loved the deck & house. Good location to the nearby beaches & shopping. Would love to come back next yea!

Great place, great location

It was a great stay! House is beautiful, the location is great, kitchen was pretty well-stocked. We liked being able to walk down to the beach/amusement park, but still being off the main road a little bit in a quiet location. Would happily stay again!

Great family vacation home

We stayed here with 3 generations and the house was perfect for us. Upstairs worked well for the parents plus 2 kids and downstairs just right for the grandparents. House was close enough to the beach to walk to but just far enough away to be out of the crowds. We loved the kitchen island and the deck out back. Would come here again.

Old Orchard Getaway

We are two families with seven people total that travel together every summer. This home was the perfect blend of comfort, amenities, and location, to help ensure we had a wonderful week away. Very close walk to the Old Orchard strip and beach! Anthony was very quick to respond to the couple of questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home. Nice appliances, decor, gathering spaces. Could walk to orchard beach. Not our favorite beach- but easily found parking and access at neighboring beaches that were less crowded.

OOB Stay

Great location a short walk to the beach activities. Plenty of room, kitchen utensils, etc. The host left an informative binder on everything we needed to know about the house and the area. We stayed the week after the summer season ended so it was quiet but a little difficult to find places to eat because some closed on certain days of the week. Portland is 20 minutes away. Biddeford is worth a visit and is only 5 minutes away.

Last week of summer with Family

This house was very well maintained and a short walk to the beach. Anthony was great and always answered when I texted. The place was well stocked and spotless and I am a critic with that. I found the beach was very crowded and I would probably stay in the Kennebunk area if I returned. That is in no way represented of the house which was beautiful. He even supplied shampoo, soap and all the cleaning supplies you would need. A lobster pot and a secluded patio, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would ask. A beautiful property!!

Beautiful property, nice location & very attentive hosts!

The house was great, It had all of the comforts of home plus everything you need for the beach. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for a group of adults to spread out and relax. In addition to bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels, an added bonus was that shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash, dish soap, and laundry soap were included. Our dog enjoyed her stay as well and the outdoor dog area made it easy and convenient for when we didn't want to take her on a long walk. It was an easy and quick walk to the OOB shops, restaurants, beach, and attractions. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home!

Lovely house, lovely town!

My husband, doggie and I really enjoyed staying at Anthony’s place and our hosts were helpful and very responsive. The house was perfect for us, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and the neighborhood was great for walking and close enough to the pier and a short drive from quiet beaches to enjoy the last of summer. Highly recommend!

Three generations enjoyed this very modern and roomy home. Large kitchen and dining area. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean, updated, fully equipped. Separate areas for everyone. The house was renovated and beautiful. The deck out back is a plus. Everything is in walking distance into the town and pier. Alos stores nearby to grab the necessities. (Market, Dollar General, Walgreens). The host were accessible at all times. Would stay again !

Our family's beach vacation was amazing.

This beach house is way more than a typical beach house. It is a comfortable, updated home with charm and character and is a perfect family gathering place. Just a short walk from all of the OOB attractions, this house is fully equipped with everything you need to create wonderful memories of a week at the beach.

Wonderful stay at OOB

Property is modern, clean and terrifically located, on a quiet street, and close enough for us to walk to the beach. We packed up the provided beach chairs and beach buggy each day and made our way to the beach each day. We took walks in the evening as well to local restaurants, enjoyed a local concert at the OOB ballpark and the watched fireworks on Thursday evening downtown. All the furnishings were new and the space was very open and welcoming. Anthony was quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. We would love to stay here again!!

Great Place To Stay!!

The house is newly renovated and beautiful! Very comfortable with plenty of space for our family and friends. We were all surprised at how fully stocked the house was with everyday items for the kitchen and bathrooms. The owners, Anthony and Jennifer, were very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. You can't beat the location! Just a short walk to the beach with farm stands and convenient stores along the way. We had a great time and hope to come back some time in the future!
