We were pleasantly surprised by this property. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to old orchard beach but far enough so the noise wasn’t bothersome. The house itself was wonderful. Clean, great size, comfortable and really nice touches throughout.

Really great place. Close to everything. They even had a beach wagon that you could use to bring your stuff to beach . Had excellent time !

The host was great. I had forgotten the code I chose and he answered his phone right away and gave me the code. The house was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. Very close to the beach, the pier, and the trolley stop. We would definitely recommend this place and we do plan on renting again.

Everything was wonderful and as expected. The manager was proactive and reached out to check in on us. Clean, inconvenient location only a few minutes walk to the pier.

Great stay

Cute cabin in small quiet campground close to pool and short walk to downtown. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a small family getaway or a relaxing weekend.

My family had a wonderful stay in this centrally located, beautiful, clean and quiet mini home. We were lucky to have found this gem and will be back soon!! Alan was an absolute pleasure of a host and helped us with recommendations and was attentive to responding.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We were in ME for a baseball tournament and this was much better than being in a cramped hotel room. The space was comfortable and clean for the 4 of us (2 adults 2 teens). Less than a 10 min walk to OOB and conveniences are even closer (convenience store and a Walgreens). We will certainly stay again when in the area.

We loved this property. It was sparkling clean and perfect for our needs. I was there with my mother who is struggling with cancer. We were unsure that we she was going to be well enough to come but on the day we were schedule to go she said, "Ok, let's do it" and we did. It was marvelous. She and I both slept great and everything about our stay was perfect and easy.

The property was bigger than I anticipated! Very clean and bright. Everything you need is located within the property. Note, there is no yard or anywhere for your pets to use the bathroom. Literally the only complaint I had! So closeTo everything and the host and housekeeper were quick to respond when the lock wasn’t working. Would definitely stay again!

The beginning of the stay started off extremely frustrating. My access code which was provided to me the prior week did not work. When contacting the host, I received absolutely no response. Fortunately, there was a lady who was walking around the property whom had a code to allow me inside the unit. The following day, there was construction being done to the home. I did not receive any communication regarding this. I approached the men working on the place and it turns out to be the host. He seemed surprised there was a guest in the home. He also did not apologize for not responding to my communication about not being able to access the property the prior day. The rest of the stay was fine, but due to the early frustrations, it put a damper on my comfortability and enjoyability of my vacation.

This property is perfect! It is the best location with a very short walk to the beach/pier but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet. We come every year and rent from Alan and the properties are always spotless and decorated so nicely. Alan is an excellent host and is very responsive. It’s our happy place for 1 week every summer and we look forward to it every year.
