Le charme d'un chalet traditionnel rencontre le confort et les commodités modernes! Situé à mi-chemin entre le célÚbre Pier et Ocean Park, cette retraite privée est à seulement 4 minutes à pied du sable. Maison bifamiliale récemment rénovée avec vue sur l'océan depuis la cuisine, le salon, le porche 4 saisons, la salle de bain et la chambre principale.
Ce chalet au deuxiÚme étage a tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, laveuse / sécheuse et une baignoire jacuzzi. Comprend deux places de stationnement hors rue et une grande cour arriÚre clÎturée avec terrasse, grill et table de ping-pong.

The rental was very nice big yard. Outdoor cookers were good patio actually two in the yard. The place was clean well stocked with amenities nice view of the ocean. The flight itself was very clean all in all. I would tell friends about it.

We love Maine. Rented a lot of homes and this is our favorite. 180 degre view on the ocean while making our morning coffee, watching the pier fireworks from the living room, priceless.

Great spot for a family

This rental was somewhat of a last-minute find and it turned out to be perfect for our family. We comfortably slept our family of five and were surprised at the cleaniliess across the board. The property has a great little fenced in yard to play around in and games and toys for the kids in the living room. Not right on the beach, but the walk wasn’t bad. 5minutes maybe. Very accommodating host. All around a great stay.

Guests should know a train passes by several times a day.

Very family oriented with a beautiful yard which we did not get to use because of the unseasonably cold and very rainy weather. We made the best of it in the large, cozy living room, being silly and having fun. We were three generations of women making unforgettable memories. Accommodations were as described.

Old Orchard Beach

The apartment was delightful, with plenty of towels, warm cuddly blankets for the afternoon naps after a chilly walk on the October beaches. Kevin was immediately responsive to our 2 (tiny) problems
 very helpful and understanding. The beds were very comfortable. The living room, with its large sectional couch, was perfect for our late night sister’s weekend reminiscing. Wonderful!

A relaxing beach vacation

This house was just as described. We were two adults and five children, and were not crowded at all - we never even opened up the sofa bed. Very short walk to a not-too-crowded beach, and the water was not too cold to swim. Waves were great - not too harsh for the little ones, yet enough to get the boogie board going for the big kids. The kitchen is very well stocked with all utensils and implements, and the house is clean! Good selection of board games and books. Grill is clean and works great. Wifi is a bit slow, especially when both units are using it.

Beach Getaway

My family and I had a lovely time at this property. The accommodations were clean and spacious. We especially liked the large living room and sun room with all the windows. My daughter enjoyed playing in the large backyard. The house is conveniently located - very short walk to the beautiful beach nearby and short drive to explore neighboring towns/cities. Thank you!

Beautiful Property Very Close to Beach

Loved staying in this beautiful property. Walk to the beach is easy even with little kids. Our 4 year old never even rode in the stroller on the walk to the beach. Everyone loved the jacuzzi tub. Beds are all comfortable, window A/C worked great and the 4 season porch was a perfect sleeping space for the baby in her portable crib. One thing to note is that the bedrooms are essentially off the common space (living room) so evening adult time may need to be quiet if you have light sleepers.

De trĂšs belles vacances

TrĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  quelques minutes de la plage. De plus, une marche d’une dizaine de minutes nous rend prĂšs du quai oĂč il y a les restaurants et les arcades. Condo super propre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Cour arriĂšre privĂ©e avec BBQ et jeux pour les enfants. Le trafic dans la rue tard le soir est un peu bruyant ainsi que le train qui passe tout prĂšs mais cela nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de passer d’excellentes vacances. À l’an prochain, si nous retournons Ă  Old Orchard Beach. Thank you!

Owner very conscientious about ensuring we had a pleasant stay. A bed broke down the first night and he replaced it within a day. Had everything we could have asked for equipmentwise and squeaky clean. Seemed to be as described in VRBO.

We were in Old Orchard Beach for the M.J. Fox N.E. Parkinson's Ride on 9/8/18. Pleasantly surprised to find the rental very clean and bright. Everything that you could possibly want or need was there. The rental came with a big back yard, grill and table which was great. I had a personal issue which Kevin quickly addressed and solved. Hopefully we can rent this unit from Kevin again next year for the same period. Everyone was totally satisfied. Thanks Kev, Ken

This house is in the center of all the fun, yet private and quiet, with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. It is one of the original cottages in Old Orchard Beach and was built 120 years ago. Renovated in 2008, it now boasts traditional cottage charm with excellent modern updates.
