Tremont GuestHouse offers our guests the opportunity to stay in an iconic historical residential property in Tremont, a unique urban neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio.

We are on the north and east sides of 490 and 77, as the closest neighborhood to the city. With three suites, and casual flowering gardens we are sure you'll find our century building convenient to everything Cleveland can offer and a relaxing location to rest from your adventures in our city.

Owners Suite is, quite literally, the home of the property’s first owner. The storefront was built about 1919, with the second floor as living quarters. This is evident in the layered woodwork and built in cabinetry, hallmarks of the prosperous Cleveland merchant home. Additions were made in the next several decades, with the building extended twice to accommodate larger families. The last merchant owner, a butcher and grocer, completed the property with the back rental apartments, added just after WWII.

In the reimagined Owners Suite, you will find a workspace area with a desk & chair and kitchenette. The large screen Roku TV in the front room is accompanied by recliners, including a massage chair, for a relaxing viewing experience, as well as a high-top table and seating for meals.

The bedroom is fitted with a Queen-sized bed, luxury bedding and blackout curtains for a comfortable night’s sleep. A large, spacious bathroom includes the original claw foot tub and a rainfall shower. It’s deep enough for a soak after a long day. Epson salts and bubbles provided. Bath bombs available.

The kitchenette area includes a mini fridge, microwave, glassware, dishes and silverware. A coffee pod selection accompanies the Keurig style coffee maker and hot/cold water dispenser. We also stock condiments for your convenience. For our tea drinking friends, we have you covered with a selection as well.
