The Fragile Suite at Tremont Guesthouse features touches in homage to the classic “A Christmas Story”, with room for four guests to relax and enjoy their stay in Cleveland’s destination neighborhood. This 2BR, full bath w/living room & kitchenette suite is a second floor walk-up with individual, guest-controlled HVAC system with a new filter installed for each guest stay. You'll also enjoy a private entrance and a seasonal balcony overlooking the lush garden and industrial valley.

Cute VRBO in Tremont. Lots of fun references to A Christmas Story. Tammy was very easy to communicate with and gave clear & easy check-in/out instructions. Kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates etc. Conveniently located and the private parking space was an extra added bonus.

A Sweet Charming Suite in Tremont!

I cannot sing the praises enough for Tremont GuestHouse & Tammy! The suites are so conveniently located that everything in Tremont is a 15 minute or less walk away. The Fragile Suite was the perfect size for our baby, dog, my husband and I. We loved the Christmas Story House themed decor and had everything we needed for rest and work. Tammy also went above and beyond to accommodate our baby, supplying a high chair and pack & play. She was wonderful to communicate with about everything as well. But you could also easily check in/check out on your own if that’s your preference. There’s a beautiful garden and convenient parking too. We also got to see the Saucy Suite, love how that was styled! Wish I took some photos. We hope to stay at Tremont GuestHouse again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, charming Tremont experience.

Wonderful all around

This is such a cute spot. The whole house is inviting as well as the hosts. Location was great, and included parking was a definite plus. Outdoor porch, and garden area were such a great little getaway space. Beds were comfy and clean.They even provided an additional portable AC to help keep us comfortable while the weather was in the 90s.

Great property, great hosts

The building is very clean, private parking, and in a vibrant neighborhood. Frank and Tammy make sure you’re comfortable and provide great instructions for places to visit within walking distance. My wife and I will definitely book again!

Cozy spot in a cute neighborhood!

Comfy spot conveniently located within walking distance of many options for food. We walked for coffee and dinner each day of our stay. Only 30 minutes from Cuyahoga National Valley!

Great stay for NYE!

Tammy was a wonderful host! Her and her husband communicated directions for parking and met us when we arrived to show us up to the unit. The house was very charming and was close to everything Tremont has to offer. Beds were super comfortable and the house has everything you’d need to have a comfortable stay. We were here for NYE and Tammy was nice enough to give us a late checkout in order for us to rest a little longer :) Highly recommend if you ever visit Tremont!

Christmas weekend fun!

We loved our stay as we were there for a Pentatonix Christmas concert and to go to the Christmas Story house. Everything was within 10 minutes or less of the location. Hosts are wonderful! Thank you so much

Perfect Weekend Stay

Very cute, cozy apartment, very clean. Great neighborhood with local restaurants, including some of the best-rated in Cleveland as well low-key cafes. Easy access to Christmas Story house, downtown, Ohio City, highway and broader Cleveland area. The hosts were great, very friendly and offered helpful recommendations. A nice view of Cleveland, close to Lincoln Park. Exactly as shown. No eating area or work desk (which we knew from the description). The shower is in an old fashioned tub, a little short for people over six feet tall and a little hard in terms of accessibility if one isn’t agile.

Tremont Guesthouse is a century home in the Tremont neighborhood of Cleveland. Originally built in 1910, additions were made in 1927 and the mid 1940s. Our suites reflect the history of the neighborhood and the classic architecture of the original build.

The storefront property has been a butcher and grocer, as well as an art gallery over the last 100+ years. We have restored and updated guest areas for modern comfort while retaining the charm and iconic nature of this neighborhood property.

Close to downtown, and walking distance to all Tremont has to offer, while in the truer residential area of the neighborhood.
