Amazing Home and Location

Amazing home! Super clean and the rooftop patio was super relaxing! Federico was the best communicator and would absolutely recommend him / his home and would totally stay here again! Perfect location - you will not be disappointed!

Great accommodations!

We were in town for a sailing regatta and needed a place for some out-of-town crew to stay. This property was perfect! Clean and easy access to the waterfront. The owner met me at the house for check-in. Of all the VRBOs I’ve stayed in, that was a first!

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay here. Situated between Grant Park and McCormick Place it was easy to get to the loop, the convention center, and everywhere was an easy Lyft away. The townhouse was lovely... Everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the roof was fun! Great communication from the owner, and we really could not have been happier!

Very comfortable and equipped for 2 couples, the bonus was the free parking and the grocery store close by. We did not spend much time in the immediate area, but getting to and from downtown was easy

Clean and bright

This unit is bright and clean. The location was perfect for us. We walked to our activities in the downtown area and felt very safe. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the rooftop deck.

Downtown with Parking

This townhouse is gated and has a parking spot! It was just as described, perfect spot for me and my Dad to go see the sights for the weekend. The staircase could be an issue as it makes a u turn and has small steps making it hard to carry luggage up & down. Traffic noise at night was as expected but something to keep in mind. Well stocked and clean!

Great getaway spot

This was a perfect location for us. Safe and convenient with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It was easy to walk or catch a ride everywhere we wanted to go. We were even able to watch the Chicago marathon from the rooftop deck! The home was clean and comfortable and the host was wonderful to work with from the moment we booked and throughout our stay. We would absolutely go back!

This Place Was Unbelievable!!!

From start to finish we could not have been happier. Great location, gated and safe, roof top was gorgeous as was the whole place!!! Federico was phenomenal as a host and greeted us professionally and welcoming. If we need to return to this area, bank on it, we're staying there! If I could give a six star rating I'd do it!

Very nice. Parking is a plus. Stairs could be slippery if not wearing shoes. The upstairs bedrooms could each use a luggage rack to place a suitcase.

Great Location

Location is very convenient to stores, restaurants, & attractions. Place was modern and well maintained. Host was very responsive and communicative. Very much enjoyed the roof top area but the cameras overlooking the area and the front door were disconcerting. Some things to consider for the listing: Bedrooms are on 3rd floor, baths on 2nd and 3rd floor, 4th floor is roof top seating area - lots of stairs!! There is no spa/pool from listing that we were aware of? Posted house rules listed no shoes on upper floors but was not in listing.
