We all enjoyed this very much. Manatees play in the bay in front of the room and the beach is just across the street.It is a perfect location. The room was very clean and updated. Would recommend staying here!

The property itself was very well maintained which is very appreciated, from pool area to lawn maintenance everything was immaculate. Pool area cleaned every morning and straightened. Only suggestions for the the unit floors were little bit sandy (I know its the beach so to be expected), also would suggest a single cup Keurig, as I was the only coffee drinker in our party. But overall great stay and would recommend property.

The building is quiet which supports a peaceful sleep. The condo is well stocked with supplies you might need for the beach including coolers, chairs, umbrellas and toys. The pool area is great for lounging, swimming or grilling. The condo is in a great location that promotes walking to restaurants and beach bars. I can't say enough about the cleanliness, it was top notch and exceeded expectations.Beds were also very comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was a plus. The only improvement I would recommend is blinds that don't allow light to shine in the bedroom in the morning.

The unit was clean and the starter item were great. We left because of the hurricane (IAN) coming. Because of that we brought in the patio furniture so it would not get blow away or break any windows. Hope we were able to help in that way. Other than that we had a wonderful vacation and would definitely be back. The staff at the Sunrise were great.
