As Close as You Can Get Without Beachfront Prices!
Beach access along 30A has become more limited, but this condo still offers unbeatable access — right across 30A at One Seagrove Way (just 500 ft away).

Located in the low-density Cassine Station, this spacious top-floor condo features over 1500 sq ft of single-level living. This 3 Bed/2 Bath condo located on 30A is as close to the beach without being directly on the beach. The location is AMAZING as it's 1.5 miles from Seaside and within walking distance of nearby restaurants and rentals. Our guests instantly feel like they are on vacation. The neighborhood itself is great for families, couples, and anyone who just wants to relax. Guests will have access to 2 community pools, tennis courts, basketball court, outdoor grilling area, and nature trails behind the condo.

THE SPACE
The home is one level 1500 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It's located on the top floor and guests can get a glimpse of sunrise and sunset from the balconies.

*Bedroom 1 is a large room with a king-bed flat-screen TV with an attached bathroom
*Bedroom 2 is a large room with a king bed, a new mattress, and a large flat-screen TV. A twin sleeper is also available in this room
*Bedroom 3 has a full over full-size bunk bed.
*The Living Room has a sofa, chair, and a large smart TV
* The oversized kitchen is well equipped with seating and includes pots/pans, silverware, glasses plates, and a coffee/Keurig maker.
* We have an elevator located at the north end of the building.
* Parking spaces can accommodate up to two cars
* We provide linens, towels, and a starter kit with shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish detergent, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, and kitchen towels. Please ensure you bring extra as needed for your stay.
* We have high-speed internet, washer and dryer, beach wagon & beach chairs
*Guests will fully have access to all the upscale amenities of the Cassine development: 2 community pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, an outdoor grilling area, and nature trails behind Cassine Village.

We provide a full set of kitchen amenities: pots, pans, silverware, blender, coffee maker/Keurig, plates, cups, and much more. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also located in the unit.

For beach access, take the elevator on the north end of the building or the stairs, and you are just a few steps away from the beach

HOUSE RULES
- smoking inside the unit (HOA requirement). Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.
- No parties or events. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund
- No pets permitted.
- Guests are allotted 2 parking spaces. Vehicles parked improperly or without authorization may be towed in accordance with HOA regulations.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
- Breezeways and walkways must remain clear at all times. Personal items (beach gear, coolers, shoes, bicycles, etc.) may not be stored outside the unit or in common areas.

Very nice property with plenty of space. Host responded quickly and everything was clean. Enjoyed the large balcony and the block walk to the beach is easy with public access.

Great location!!

Cassine Station is a great place to stay- close to the beach and Seaside!! Pizza and bike rental next door! Condo was very spacious, had beach chairs and a wagon. Would definitely stay here again!!

Fall Break

This was our second time to stay at Cassine Station. Love the location and convenience of the property. This unit was spacious and great. Two recommendations. There we no washcloths in the unit at all. The ceiling fans need some attention. They work but are very noisy and wobbly while in use. Thanks!!

The cleaning crew leaves extra towels and cloths under the bathroom cabinets, but in the future please let us know and we can bring some by. We will also have our maintenance take a look at the ceiling fans. Thanks for staying and we hope to see you again - regards

Check in was great. The property was not fully cleaned. The jets on the tub need cleaning. Black junk came out of them and sprayed all over the place.
