We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could have needed. Couldn’t have asked for more! We originally booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for 5. Very nice condo with comfortable beds, plus being a top floor end unit provides a quiet stay. There is a closet full of nice beach equipment, as well as a beach cart that multi tasks for unpacking and packing the car. Jeff was uber responsive.

Jeff was a great host. He was very responsive and had maintenance come immediately for a very minor issue with the shower drain. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family! We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back!

After such a wonderful experience previously, my wife was especially eager to come back—this time with just the two of us and our daughter. We were a bit hesitant at first, but from the moment we arrived, all of our concerns disappeared.This condo truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and quality family time. The host was exceptionally responsive and attentive, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay.We especially appreciated the excellent amenities and the convenience of being so close to beach access. The provided golf cart was essential and made getting around effortless, while the beach accessories added an extra level of ease and enjoyment to our days by the water.Most importantly, we left feeling refreshed, renewed, and grateful for such a memorable experience together. Wonderful location close to beach, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. Golf cart is a lot of fun and helps so you don't have to rent a car. Jeff's communication is phenomenal! Great Stay Just Minutes from the Beach!

This condo was just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was super convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella available for us to use — such a thoughtful touch! Having access to the golf cart was a huge bonus and made getting around 30A much easier. Jeff, the property manager, was professional and communicated everything we needed to know before our trip.

February Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While it was too chilly to take advantage of all the building's amenities, the proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants in Seaside was ideal. Prior to our arrival, there was an issue with the golf cart, but Jeff was fantastic about keeping us informed and even offered to rent one for us, ensuring we didn’t miss out. He was quick to respond when I had a question about checkout, which I really appreciated. My daughter adored the bunk beds, and I loved relaxing on the screened-in patio. We will absolutely be booking this space again!

Great location and well equipped unit. Very quiet area, too and nice view of the pine trees. Love's having a golf cart so much easier to find parking in Seaside and added a fun element. Cumberland convenient store is close by for provisions as well as a public beach access. Beds are super soft. Enjoyed an impromptu have of Scrabble!

Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Bed were amazing! Great location. Golf Cart to go to beach was a huge bonus! Jeff was amazing throughout the whole booking process, during our stay and followed up with us after we left. Amazing host. Would highly recommend staying at any of his sites!
