The Peaceful & Cozy Downtown Stuart Cottage is the perfect getaway! Located just minutes and walking distant from everything! Very close to The Witham Field Airport for the annual VNA airshow
November 10-12th. Minutes from public boat ramps such as the Stuart Causeway, Sand sprit Park, and . Manatee pocket, Pirates Cove, and Sailfish Marina.. We are centrally located near St Lucie River, Indian River lagoon, and all the Beaches are within minutes of the Pineapple Lane cottage. Room for 1 boat with trailer. Safe neighborhood that is close to so many fun things to do. Such as sports bars, Sneaky Tiki, Terra Fermatta, Carson’s Irish Pub. The Pineapple Lane is close to hospitals, schools, and Stuart’s Sailfish Splash.

This lovely studio private cottage has a large master bedroom with a super soft king bed and full-sized futon bed. 1 separate bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and spacious living room with plenty of seating, smart tv for streaming (Tv in bedroom and living room), reading materials, and games, and dining area. The bathroom is fully stocked with amenities including soap, shampoo, towels, blow dryer. The bedroom is super cool, black out curtains, a small work desk, and plenty of space to unpack and feel at home.
Relax within the private fenced in patio with an outdoor table and chairs and beach chairs and a gas grill.
Room for one small boat and trailer during your stay. Great place to stay during the summer months if you love the water, fishing, and the beaches! Also, very close to so many popular golf clubs, pickleball and tennis courts too. Minutes away from Sailfish Water Park, hospital, schools, and doctors' offices.

Included during your stay free use of washer and dryer for your convenience. Separate Guest parking. Private entrance. 2 Bikes are available for easy access to downtown restaurants, Lyric theatre, Ice Cream, shopping, and parks. Fantastic hosts, property and location

Everything was great starting with communicating with host, property description was just as we expected, cleanliness of the place, nice welcoming fruit basket(delicious)and the area is amazing. Stuart Winter Getaway

The Pineapple Line Cottage is perfect for a short or long stay. The cottage is very clean and stocked with all essentials. My wife and I stayed for the month of January and our host was wonderful. Melissa, our host, responded immediately to any questions and requests. The location is convenient to downtown Stuart, Jensen Beach and Hutchinson Island. We enjoyed everything so much we plan to be back next year for another long stay.

Outstanding

If you are lucky enough to stay at Pineapple Lane for more than a few days, Missy and Brooks will become friends and not just your hosts. This is a perfect place for one person or a couple. It's a spacious one bedroom with a nice outside patio, and the hosts are right next door. The location is also great, close to beaches and downtown Stuart. I cannot recommend Pineapple Lane too much. Had a wonderful stay.

Relaxing and comfortable

Property is exactly as described. The Pineapple Lane guest house is so clean and comfortable and well appointed for all of your vacation needs. Location is just a mile from Stuart town center and a short 10 min drive to all the beautiful Hutchinson island beaches. The guest home is in a neighborhood but feels secluded and private. The hosts are very kind and accommodating and provided many extra amenities for an added special touch. I would definitely stay again.

Brooks and Melissa made us feel welcome even before we arrived and never hesitated to answer any of our questions. Upon arrival, the cottage was immaculate and provided everything you would need to be comfortable during your visit. We brought a boat and the parking was superb. Brooks ran an extension cord for us so that we could charge are boat battery everyday. There was a hose near the parking area to allow for flushing the motor and washing the boat. They are very gracious and accommodating. This is a great place to stay and we considered it a home-away-from-home.

Wonderful Hidden Gem

We were very pleased with the comforts and attention to detail given us by our superb host! Wow! Fresh flowers and all amenities provided. We would highly recommend this comfortable home to everyone! Short drive or bike to "Old Stuart" and entertainment. Absolutely terrific.

Hello and Welcome to our family's Vacation Rental; The Pineapple Lane Studio/Guest House. Brooks and Melissa are are Florida Natives and with a genuine love for what Stuart, Florida has to offer the community. We love spending time outdoors with our grand children, boating, and Jeep trail riding.

Stuart’s Downtown area is loaded with things to do all day and through the night and we'd like to share it with you. Some of our favorite things to do here are fishing, beaches, and shopping and eating downtown.
