Bienvenue à Sanibel Seaclusion ~ un endroit incroyable de stress, avoir du plaisir et profiter de tout le confort de la maison.

Vous cherchez un espace? Sanibel Seaclusion a avec 3 chambres et une 4ème chambre dans une pièce jointe. Il y a aussi une mezzanine qui peut dormir deux. Sanibel SEAclusion dort confortablement 8.

Il est juste une courte promenade à la plage par vélo ou en voiture, où vous pourrez profiter de la plus belle, sable propre jonché de milliers d'obus de toutes sortes. Ceci est le ciel pur de coquillage. Il y a quatre vélos adultes pour votre plaisir et une piste cyclable qui fait le tour de toute l'île.

Sanibel Seaclusion a des tonnes de livres, jeux et jouets pour adultes et enfants. Il y a beaucoup de cuisine et salle à manger, et une belle table de salle à manger qui peut accueillir facilement 10.

Very accomodating home for our large family. We had so much fun hitting several of the nearby beaches and even brought some friends who made the walk to Jerry's market each morning. The kids lived the loft space for games and teen time and the parent groups each had a comfortable room for our own privacy and relaxation. We are definitely coming back next year. Thanks, Beth!

Very accommodating

Our work crew stayed at Gumbo Limbo and it was the perfect place for several adults to stay for extended work project. Communication with the owner/manager was easy and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if there were projects on Sanibel.

Wonderful Christmas on Sanibel Island!

Perfect location -- quiet and serene home but only a block from restaurants, groceries and shops. Lots of room for everyone -- sleeping, hanging out on the porch, cooking, sitting down for Christmas dinner. We especially enjoyed biking EVERYWHERE! Beaches are 10-15 minutes away and no need to pay for parking (which is limited). We were there a month and only left the island to pick up and drop off people at the airport -- we didn't want to leave the island. So much fun

April 2022 Recharge at SEAclusion

Needed a recharge and decided to get away at the last minute. A month at Seaclusion did the trick. Beth is very responsive and accommodating. Seaclusion is a wonderful home with everything needed for an extended stay (kitchen utensils, games, dvds, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys). The house is as described in the description. It wasn't long before it felt like home. The location is perfect for restaurants, shopping and beaches. Great neighborhood for walking and close to the bike path. I wish I could have stayed for another month.

Cozy home away from home!

The listing description is very accurate. The pictures were perfect, what you see is what you get. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and deal with.Very much a pleasure doing business :-) We had a wondeful time. The island was amazing, even though we got caught in the tropical storm Andrea. The house is a short drive to a few beaches and lots of little shops and restaurants. There is a TON to see and do. We went to the beach a couple times, went shell hunting, bird/animal watching. They have boat tours, paddle boards and kayaks available on the island. We really wish we could have stayed longer! We can't wait to go back! Thank you so much for the oppurtunity to stay in your house. As soon as we walked in it felt like home. Thank you!

literally EVERYTHING you need for a beach vacation!

The other reviewers have done a terrific job describing this wonderful home-away-from-home, and we agree wholeheartedly. And if you are looking for some cool, beachy decor, this is the place! Wonderful vintage pictures, musical instruments, glass vases in the kitchen -- everything is warm and inviting! But the BEST part for us -- aside from the overall cleanliness, privacy, and proximity to beaches -- is that EVERYTHING is here for individuals AND families. You only have to pack a suit and flip flops! For the beach: 4-6 beach chairs, three umbrellas, a cooler, a stroller-type thing that folds so you don't have to make a couple of trips with all of your stuff, a boogie board, noodles, sand toys, a guide to shells ... need I say more? For busy people like us who barely had time to feed the pets before we got on a plane, this was pure heaven for us. Inside the house there is a washer/dryer, hair dryer, towels, lots of great earthenware, bowls for big salads, a microwave, a coffeemaker and espresso/cappuccino maker (yay!), bicycles, games galore, movies of all kinds (we saw "The Hours" and "Monsters Inc", to name a few), maps, etc. We cooked at home every night -- Jerry's market is within bicycling distance -- so we saved a ton of money and didn't have to fight the crowds. The house is so inviting and spacious, that after a long day at the beach, we just wanted to chill at home. It is super close to everything -- you could even bike to the beach if you wanted to. It is perfectly situated in the middle of the island. And if you've never been to Sanibel ... well, National Geographic named it as one of the top 10 beaches in the world. We are planning our next trip in another month, that's how much we loved it. We decided that this is going to be our regular yearly vacation -- so you'd better book ASAP before we end up living here year-round!

Spoiled Rotten in Florida

The house, the owner, the beach, the wilderness, the town, the shopping and restaurants couldn’t be better. The house is situated in a jungle of palm trees on a large well maintained property. The neighbourhood is very quiet and lovely just to walk around. Shelling on all of the beaches was the best ever.... we are addicted to collecting seashells. Don’t miss going to Ding Darling Wild Life Refuge....it’s fascinating with so much to see. The day before we arrived a list of things to do, restaurants to try, instructions on how to access keys for the house and contact numbers for assistance were supplied by the owner. The house is clean, well maintained and decorated colourfully in the beach theme. Everything was perfect. Great for a large family....it has a huge dining room table. It is also well equipped with all the beach toys you can imagine. Outdoor table and chairs on an upper large deck with a barbecue was great for eating at home. Nicest vacation we have ever had in Florida and would return in a heartbeat.

Great Family Vacation at SeaClusion

Extended Family Getaway

Our family "travel in tribes" and it's not always easy to find a vacation rental that can accommodate us all comfortably. Sanibel Seaclusion was able to accommodate all 10 of us with ease. Seaclusion is a well- equipped home away from home in beautiful surroundings. From ease of booking - Beth was super easy to deal with, to accommodations and comfort we could not be happier. Meal times were a treat - with all 10 of us comfortably seated around the dinner table. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Two rooms with King size beds were terrific for the 2 couples and plenty beds for the kids. The girls delighted in the 3rd bedroom and the boys got the loft. Wether you are a party of adults or a mix of adults and kids - Seaclusion makes a wonderful home base. One caution - if anyone in your party is unable to do stairs, this is not your rental as living areas are upstairs. Thank you Beth for sharing your wonderful home with us.

A week of pure relaxation !

The week we spent here was one of the best vacation experiences I have ever had. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. It was great not having to pack the day to day items. The house has ample sleeping arrangements and bathrooms. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate 8 adult women :-) I am planning on returning with my family next time.

Sanibel Peace

Our stay was originally planned as a celebration for a significant birthday and ended up being that and so much more to me. There was every possible accomodation one person/family could want to have for the perfect vacation or getaway! We used the bikes, many of the beach toys, the grill, the porch, ....everything that you would need to have the perfect t ime! We cooked most meals at home which saved us time and koney to do other things we wantes. Shopping proved to be better than expected for some of us! ;) I will look forward to the next time I can return with great anticipation!

Sanibel Decompression!

Our vacation to Sanibel was initially meant to mark a milestone birthday for me, but it was so much more than that. I spent time with my children, friends, family friends, we ate, we laughed, we cried, it was a wonderful week that we all so very much needed away from our normal daily lives. Beth's house is conducive to living at home, in as much as having all of the necessities and a few extras, that you don't even have to think of anything at all! We rode the bikes, used the beach toys, used the grill, cooked food, played games, watched movies...it was therapy on the island!! We loved our time and hope to go back very soon. I have a special someone that would like to go with me next time!! :) I would encourage anyone, families, friends, significant others...to use this method of exploring a wonderful, memory filled vacation!

Seaclusion vacation

We spent a wonderful month at this house on Sanibel Island. We were charmed by the decor and loved everything about the house, from the spacious, open and well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable and attractive bedrooms, the private back deck where we ate breakfast and lunch and grilled dinners. We swung on the deck swing, relaxed in the lovely living room with its high ceilings and ceiling fans, and watched our grandson play in the loft. He also happily rode the bike that was available, and the beach equipment in the house just added to our pleasure. Beth, the owner, is attentive and easy to work with as is Tammie, her manager. We can't wait to return next year to enjoy the island again, but especially to re-visit our idea of a perfect beach house.

Perfect, relaxing, charming vacation rental

This was our first visit to Sanibel. This house is perfect for family, we had 4 kids and never had to worry about a thing. It's a safe neighborhood, the perfect distance from where we wanted to be, without paying the beachfront prices. I love being in a house that feels immediately like home, and where I don't have to follow my children around, fearing what they might touch. When I did want to pass along some information to the homeowner, she responded immediately. We had just about everything we needed, kitchen appointments, beach towels and toys, bikes, games...what ever we needed was available at the local grocery/general stores, and really, that amounted to a few spices because I love to cook. The washer and dryer are in an area separate from the main living space, which is a bit inconvenient, however, we didn't have to listen to the machines running, and I love that. A good on-site laundry is important to me, as I travel with minimal clothing and count on being able to run it all through quickly. There are doors to outside decks from every room in this house, and the yard is just the perfect tropical backdrop for that morning cup of coffee. The neighboring houses are close, but out of sight, and the sideyard is absolutely beautiful. We had egrets and cranes sitting in the trees welcoming us as we came in, and really enjoyed seeing all the fun shells others have placed around the property. What a fun vacation of shelling, dining, beach walking....I've been going to Fla for the last 22 years and saw several things on this trip I had never seen, including live Conch easily over 1 1/2 feet! We will be returning again, at least annually to this home full of calming energy.

Awesome Vacation House!

We've been going down to Sanibel Island to vacation for the past several years. This happens to be one of the best houses we've ever stayed in! Very spacious, good location, had everything we needed- it was pretty much perfect for us! Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Beth (the owner) was a huge help - she was always available with prompt and clear communication. Can't wait to come back!!!

For a vacation getaway, you can't get any better than this.

If you are looking for a great vacation spot you can’t ask for better than this. We love this place. First off, when we got there the place was impeccably clean, which is the first thing we look for. And it is located in a safe area so we were instantly comfortable with it. The house is tremendous and perfect regardless of whether you plan to stay a week or a month. Excellent island atmosphere with all of the amenities you could need. You walk into a large open area with ceiling fans spinning and relaxing tropical décor. The island vibe hits you the moment you walk in the door. There are three bedrooms, all with access to a balcony or the large deck. I had coffee on the deck under the spinning fan almost every morning. Plus a loft if you have kids. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine in if you want to and it sits next to a large dining table. I can imagine if you have kids or a large group you could save a ton of money by stocking the refrigerator and cooking for yourself. If you want to stay in there are books and games for the kids and a large TV with lots of dvd’s. But this is Sanibel so when you want to be out and about the house is located very conveniently to the main areas of the island. The bike path is only a block away and the supermarket is 2 blocks away. All the Island restaurants and shops are within about a half mile. And there are even two bikes included with the house that we used every day. It’s all flat so it’s a pleasant easy trip regardless where you go. When we went out to dinner in the evening we just biked to the Restaurants (I recommend the Island Cow). We did take the car to the beach to haul the umbrellas and chairs and noodles and other beach toys and stuff that also come with the house. And when we brought home the large bag of shells we found there was a big book of Shells so we could check out our haul. One of the best parts of the house is that whatever you want to do it’s there and included with the rental. Seriously, we didn’t need to bring anything but ourselves and our clothes and for folks like us with busy schedules and little free time this is exactly what we want and need. We had an excellent stay and an excellent vacation and we can’t wait to come back next year.

Casa BAYA was even better than we expected, and our sights were set high! The house is quite large, very clean, very well appointed, extremely comfortable and well located. The owner is delightful to deal with and the house instructions were clear and easy to follow. We hope to return to Sanibel and Casa BAYA in the future and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

A+++ stay at this Sanibel retreat!

We arrived at the property and I immediately fell in love with the driveway filled with shells, lovely blue house and colorful front door! When I walked in I was completely awed by this house. Beautifully decorated, gorgeous furniture and unbelievably spacious. We immediately toured the house and one room was cuter than the next. The home had a beachy feel with a totally modern touch. This home has all of the amenities you could ask for in a beach house.... appliances, utensils, beach toys, towels, books, dvd player, games, radios....I could go on and on. We chose a beach to go to everyday that was less than a mile away. It was so nice to come back after a day at the beach and unwind in this beautiful and cozy home before we went out for the evening. The neighborhood is safe and quite serene. I enjoyed sitting out on the back deck glider to read when we got back in the evening. We do not have children but this house would be awesome for kids as well as there are bedrooms set up specifically with kids in mind that have bunk beds, kids books, games, etc. The upstairs loft would also be a fun place for kids as well. I was so sad the day we had to leave......I can honestly say this was one of, if not the most, amazing vacations I have been on and this home had so much to do with it. I cannot wait to go back and stay there. I was so comfortable and felt right at home in this gorgeous beach house. A+ and highly recommended! Enjoy!
