Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We are located on desirable Bergenline Ave with shops and restaurants galore! We are a short 15 minute drive to midtown Manhattan and Time Square! The light rail station is about a 2 minute walk that can easily get you into Hoboken or Jersey City! We are a short 10 minute drive to MetLife Stadium and the American Dream mall. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, plates, bowls, and utensils. We offer a Roku TV & Wifi!

Family trip

The apartment met our expectations, close to NYC. The neighborhood had restaurants and the bus that passed very close to the house. Beautiful and clean apartment. Thanks:)

We had a great stay! I have a family of 8 and we enjoyed our time. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was perfect! The location is right outside the city and right through the Lincoln Tunnel and you’re in NYC. Everything was about 30-40 minutes away because of heavy traffic (expected because it’s NYC)
even though everything was less than 5 miles away. The only difficulty we had was parking. You HAVE TO parallel park on the street, and once it gets late at night it gets difficult to find parking near the apartment in the evening. Otherwise, we loved our stay and created the best memories! Steven was also a great host and checked on us in the middle of our stay. We’d book here again

There's many local shops, each different in there own way, but all were kind and friendly. Our host, Steven communicated from the start. He wanted to reassure his assistants would be available at request. Thank you Steven, our group greatly appreciated your hospitality and allowing yto share your rental.

Visiting New York

This was a great location within walking distance to the ferry and close to stores and a great coffee shop. Apartment was clean and awesome to have two bathrooms. We had a great time.

If you're looking for an affordable place to stay thats not too far in the city, this is it!

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay! My friends and I really enjoyed the home, the neighborhood, and the fact that it was not too far from Manhattan. I would definitely stay there again next time I go to New Jersey/New York.

Nice Little Apartment

The apartment and neighborhood were nice. We had five ladies in our family from 17-50 years old, it was snug but did the trick. Most of our time was spent in New York sightseeing. We enjoyed one of the restaurants near the property, liked the close access to CVS and 7-11, and were able to order groceries delivered by Walmart (super fast delivery!).Our only frustration was a complete lack of communication apart from automated responses leading into our trip, on our arrival, and departure. I emailed about three different concerns and have not gotten any type of response after having returned home.

GemĂŒtliche Unterkunft in Union City

Die Unterkunft war fĂŒr unseren New York Trip ideal. Wir fahren 4 Freundinnen und jede hatte ihr eigenes Bett zum Schlafen. DieUnterkunft hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten und die Lage war auch optimal. Der Bus nach New York fĂ€hrt um die Ecke.

5 days in big apple

We had an excellent stay in this apartment. The apartment is located in an interesting Latino neighborhood with calm and friendly people. Check in was without any problems and the host was easy to achieve with short time to answer.

Good till it wasn’t.

I must say the apartment was pretty much what we expected. It was cute. And it was nice and close to bus transportation to get us to and from NYC daily. Steven was quick to respond each time I asked him questions. I really appreciated that. Then on day 3 we had a little ant problem and he was quick to tell me where the raid was and we got it taken care of. He said he would give a small reimbursement for our troubles and we have still not seen that. The following is not due to the lack of $75 back but because His communication fell off quickly after that and that is why my rating fell off quickly as well. Note to Steven and cleaning staff- more than just one roll of TP per bathroom would be nice for a party of 6 for 5 days. Wash cloths (there are none) and extra hand towels would be great. And lastly, cleaning staff should not put dirty dishes away in the cupboards. That was an unpleasant surprise first morning making coffee and having to wash a few coffee mugs to start the day. We then decided we better was everything before using as we were unsure.

The host Steven, was very polite, helpful and very responsive in a timely manner. The interior of apartment is very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

Our stay in New Jersey.

We loved our stay in union city. Very clean, cute and updated! Plenty of blankets and pillows! Nice and quite atmosphere. Friendly suggestion to help along the way. More availability of towels would have been nice. And black washcloths for makeup removal (we had a group of girls). And The vents in the shower had a red glowing lights which could be easily mistaken for cameras. Other than that we had the best time and would def come back!
