Entire 2 Bedroom 2 Bath with living room, kitchen and dining, and a private rear deck where you can witness the golden sunset of the New York City skyline.

A convenient 11 minute Uber ride to Path train stops, Exchange Place, Grove St. and Journal Square. Liberty Landing Marina is a 8 mins Uber ride taking you straight to Liberty Landing Ferry(World Financial Center) in NYC within 15 mins. For parties of 4 or more, Uber/Lyft ride to the Path trains is a good option as it is going to cost similar to the fare ticket of the Light Rail.

Please check for street cleaning hour signs before parking. In front of the house, street cleaning hours are Monday & Thursday 8am to 10am. Opposite side of the street is Tuesday & Friday 8am to 10am.

This apartment is one of two apartments in a two family home. Please note that some amount of noise may travel through the walls which is beyond our control.

Home away from home

Very clean, modern and comfortable NY accommodation without breaking the bank. The hosts were very helpful in providing recommendations and helpful hints on ways to get around and things to do.

Great Experience!

My friends and I stayed here for a 3 day weekend off of school and enjoyed some much needed relaxing time. Host was very easy to communicate with, and the property looked exactly how it was pictured. Would recommend and would stay here again!

The actual indoor property was a 4, minus the cockroaches. The outdoors had trash/garbage EVERYWHERE. Upstairs and downstairs had banging, screaming kids, and blaring music throughout the night. The windows leaked of strong food, cigarette, and weed odors. There was no central air and the 3 window units could not keep up with even the 70 degree temps.

Charming Place and GREAT location!

Sleek and modern furniture and decor, very comfy beds! We enjoyed our stay here for a few days. Owner is friendly and so easy to communicate with. Location is close to trains and buses. VERY convenient and easy to get to the city. Thank you so much!

Clean modem base for exploring NYC

Modern, clean, just as advertised. We took an Uber to the Paulus Hook ferry which runs on weekends then the Path back in the evening (with another Uber back to the unit.). Great for a family that needs to sleep three sets of people and just needs a place to crash after a long day in the city. Good value, recommend, but just be aware once you get back in the evening you'll bee in for the night. We got the added parking, glad we did, very little was available in the streets.
