With 2 bedrooms, a dedicated office, large private balcony, and a fully-equipped kitchen, this low-density boutique complex offers an unbeatable location with restaurants, galleries, and boutiques all within walking distance. Enjoy the infinity pool, grill area, and private beach with palapas. This adults-only condo is the perfect escape!

Welcome to "Il Rumore del Mare". Enjoy the ultimate beachfront living in this spacious 1820 sqft (170m2). With only 6 total units in the complex (1 condo per floor), this low-density building ensures privacy and exclusivity. Click the 5th floor button on the elevator, and the doors will open up to the entrance of your condo! The open concept living area features floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that open all the way, offering 180 panoramic views of the bay. Its expansive private balcony provides an incredible space for relaxing and entertaining, with ample room for lounging, dining, and soaking up the stunning views of the bay. Enjoy the ocean breeze while relaxing in the living room or cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and filtered tap water. The condo has 3 total rooms: 2 bedrooms and 1 dedicated office space with two workspaces. All rooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning units, although they are not really needed due to the amazing ocean breeze.



Guest Access:

Enjoy the great amenities offered by the condo complex, including an infinity swimming pool, direct beach access, a grill area, and a private beach area with palapas for guest use only. Lounge chairs (available upon request), umbrellas, and a dining table by the infinity pool offer the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning views.

The Neighborhood:

Bucerias' 5-mile stretch of soft sandy beaches, cobblestone streets, and Mexican village charm take you back to simpler times. Experience the joys of a laid-back beach town without the tourist-palooza that is Puerto and Nuevo Vallarta. Easily walkable to anywhere you'd like to go, the beach, the market, and restaurants are all within reach. The condo is very central to Bucerias, with the downtown area only a 5-minute walk away and the Golden Zone a 12-15 minute walk away.

This condo is very central to Bucerias. You are within 5 min walking to anything downtown, and Golden Zone is about a 12-15 min walk. The nearest grocery store is on the south end of town, Chedraui, so you would need to drive there, although there are multiple corner stores within walking distance from you. Also, if you wanted to do any day trips to places like Sayulita, San Pancho, San Sebastian, or Puerto Vallarta, having a car would be really nice. For these occasions, rent a car, take a taxi, or use Uber / Indriver.



Other Things to Note:

The condo has weekly cleaning included if you stay for longer than 10 nights, and additional maid services are available for a small fee.



The nearest grocery store is on the south end of town, Chedraui, so you would need to drive there, although there are multiple corner stores within walking distance. For day trips to places like Sayulita, San Pancho, San Sebastian, or Puerto Vallarta, having a car would be really nice. For these occasions, rent a car, take a taxi, or use Uber / Indriver.

No Vacation

No hot water for showers, no television wifi very weak, hard to get disabled scooter into building, and money extortion from the cops. Left early it seems Mexico didn't want us and we now feel the same.

Great location - Spectacular view

6 night stay in this lovely condo overlooking the beach. Slept to the sound of the waves. A great stay. Would definitely re-book. Property manager was responsive and communicated clearly and promptly. Short walk to centre of town but far enough away from the noise of the bars. Too bad about the construction next door but the noise was manageable.

Stunning and comfortable

This condo is big, roomy and very comfortable. The views are stunning. The amenities and dishware is excellent. The building is low density and all the owners are very friendly. The pool is beautiful. Small but all a person needs. The management company, Beach Please is very responsive and helpful. Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful home.

Fun in the sun

The property is very well maintained and located in an excellent area, far enough away from busy restaurants, but close enough to walk everywhere. The beach in front of the condo is the nicest spot in all directions. As mentioned, unfortunately there is a lot of construction in the area which makes it quite noisy at times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo.

Stunning beachfront condo

Beautifully appointed beachfront property with few units. Feels like you have the building to yourself! Easy walk to town. Eric, the property manager, was extremely helpful during our entire stay and responds quickly to all requests. He also offers a concierge service for whatever you’d like to make your stay more enjoyable.
