ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION LIMIT:
Electricity usage is limited to 15 KVA per day, which can be checked on the meter located at the exit of the parking area. Any usage above this limit will incur an additional charge.

Paid parking is subject to availability, and the guest must notify the host at least one week in advance. Otherwise, a parking space cannot be guaranteed. Parking costs $10 per night.

The apartment is close to restaurants and the main tourist area, so the noise level is moderate — perfect for those who enjoy being in the heart of the action!

Guests are encouraged to keep electric switches (stove, refrigerator) off so that electricity consumption is not raised if you do not use these kitchen appliances.
