Situé sur la plage de champagne-poudre parfaite de la mer des Caraïbes, ce condo dispose d'un patio massif comprenant une piscine, des chaises longues et un ensemble de table de patio pour 6 personnes. Idéalement situé à côté du ferry pour Cozumel et à quelques minutes des boutiques mexicaines authentiques, des boutiques, des restaurants, des cafés-terrasses et des bars et boîtes de nuit du couloir piétonnier de Playa del Carmen - 5e Avenue.
Ce condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain récemment rénové offre les commodités d'un hôtel de luxe, le confort de la maison et une vue à vous couper le souffle. Les caractéristiques comprennent: la climatisation, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon et salle à manger confortable avec télévision par satellite et une buanderie équipée d'un lave-linge / sèche-linge. La chambre principale a un lit king size, salle de bain privée et beaucoup d'espace de rangement, et la chambre d'hôtes en bord de mer dispose de deux lits doubles et d'une salle de bain privée.

Gorgeous Ocean View

Location is perfect as you are close to everything, 5th Avenue15 minute walk to Walmart for all your essentials, very close to the pier and the ferry to Cozumel.. The view is fabulous, its like you are on top of the ocean. The accommodations were comfortable but could use a freshening up both inside and outside. The concierge answered all questions promptly.

Magical View & location

Absolutely loved the location. It was exactly what we were looking for. Incredible patio & ocean view YET two blocks from Starbucks and Paseo del Carmen shopping mall. Amazing restaurants nearby... didn't need to rent a car... made meals in the kitchen... did laundry! It was amazing!

We stayed in the property for a week. We could not have been happier with the apartment. The manager met us when we arrived and was extremely helpful organizing our arrival. The area around is very lovely many restaurants and performances.

Great place!

Close to everything. Highly recommend getting their transportation to the condo as it is a bit tricky to find the entrance. Eric met us where the taxi dropped us and was super helpful with restaurants and any questions we had. Very enjoyable time.

Would stay again…

Very accurate descriptions. Two couples stayed the front bedroom gave the benefit of the beautiful view and the back bedroom gave the king size bed benefit. Senor Frogs is really not an issue - we have stayed in Cancun downtown and know what a loud issue sounds like. The beach access is amazing along with walking to great restaurants, little stores, etc. great communication with manager and very responsive. Thank you for our enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Great location

The property manager was very helpful and communicative. Location wasn’t noisy even though it is over a busy restaurant that plays music at night. Surprisingly quiet despite that fact so don’t let that deter you. Location is ideal as it is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Beach access just a few steps away and an umbrella and chairs are provided in the unit. A++

Paradise in Playa!

The condo is beautiful! Very clean and very well appointed. Anything you could need is in the condo. The terrace is huge and beautiful! The plunge pool was a great addition to keep us cool in the hot playa sun! The location is right on the beach and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue! Jean communicated with us great and was very helpful! I would not hesitate staying here again!

Great location

Loved the view and location! Bed & bedding were good for us. Some things need fixing or updating. We love to open the windows to let the breeze in, which we did, until mosquitos are out. The sliding glass doors did not have screens & one slider (in the bedroom) we could not open, but it's not an issue if you want to use the air conditioners. Over all we would not hesitate to rent again because of the view & location.

Beautiful place, convenient location

We were immediately impressed with the large beautiful balcony with a great view. It is centrally located near the action and shops. Our family enjoyed the balcony for drinks and dining and the kids especially enjoyed sitting in the tub. The condo was clean and had drinking water, kitchen supplies and beach chairs and umbrella. Right downstairs we enjoyed live music at Senor Frogs, jumping on the trampoline, taking long walks on the beach and swimming in the waves. If you want to be close to the activity and fun of Playa and enjoy it in beautiful comfortable home, this is the place for you!

AMAZING!!

This was an amazing condo; clean, safe, w/d, extra pillows, 5 gallon water bottles, extra towels, beach chairs and umbrella, all amenities you could ask for. Property management (Jean) went above and beyond to make our stay great; our bags were held until check-in, we were able to get late check-out, all our questions were answered super quick and she hooked us up with a driver for week. The area has a lot of entertainment during the day and at night. The condo was quite and the best part was that we watched the sunrise and sunset everyday on the balcony, it was the biggest balcony on the beach! We will stay here again when we visit Playa!!

Spacious apartment on the beach

The apartment is very spacious and it is obvious no expense was spared when it was built. It suited us very well however, it could do with a freshen up. We did not see any pool and the spa bath was empty and looked like it hadn't been used in quite some time. We did not go out onto one section of the verandah as it had structural damage from rusted supports. The interior was comfortable. The view was amazing. The restaurant which sat below/adjacent to the apartment was closed, so it was very quiet at night. I'm not sure if it is a permanent closure or a temporary one. Had it been operating we would have had an issue sleeping in the front bedroom.

Needs Attention

Beautiful view but wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately. This property needs work, it’s dated. The patio furniture is falling apart. The hand rails on the balcony are also falling apart. The couch is badly stained. The pillows on the beds are uncomfortable and are badly stained. Burnt out light bulbs. The ‘pool’ is extremely small and falling apart, we had to go buy bleach to clean it ourselves in order to use it. Such a shame because the description of this property on vrbo is awesome, but very misleading. After reading the reviews from previous people, we were excited to stay here. However, it seems the unit has been let go because it’s nothing like the previous reviews. Very poor communication from the owner as well. The view and the location are great but not worth the price.

Nothing like the Caribbean

Spent 14 days.. Opening comment has to be regarding the property Mgr - Jean ( and Eric ) communication was flawless and both were extremely helpful with our enquiries/needs. Jean assisted in arranging transportation Cancun to Playa and return. With 2 bedrooms and bathrooms the setup was perfect for us. The suite was clean and all amenities as expected. The deck gives a perfect view to the ocean / Cozumel. Long walks on the beach.. Groceries: Chedraui Av. 45 Sur S/N, Centro, Playa del Carmen Walmart 30 Avenida Nte., Gonzalo Guerrero We preferred Chedraui..both are within 25 min walking.. Taxis avail at stores for return if necessary The large water jugs are avail at smaller stores with 2-5 min walk. 5th ave was fun and everyone there was very friendly / area safe. Restaurants Manne’s Biergarten - German Romeo - Italian (beside Manne's) Alux Don Marios Alexa Corazon Rockas Mykonas - Greek Gr8 place gr8 time.. if we head back to Playa Del Carmen will be getting ahold of Jean muy bien muchas gracias

Terrible experience

First, Mike didn't give us a specific address, he didn't mention the best way to get to the condo, nor did he tell us which door gave access to the condo, We finally found it, but the access code Mike gave us was INCORRECT. Fortunately, a goog Samaritan who knew the buiding gave us the right code. Upstairs, there were several apartments. Mike hadn't given us the apartment number. We deduced which apartment we had renter from the photos postes on VRBO. We thought the access code Mike gave us was for that door. WRONG! WE COULD'T GET IN!! I tried to get in touch with the owner but received NO RESPONSE.There were 3 phone numbers on a wall to contact the manager of the building, NONE WERE IN SERVICE! It was a nightmare! We were more than frustrated!Finally, we met the neighbor who told us that her husband was a friend of Mike. We had to wait for him at least half an hour because he wasn't home. He was kind enough to call Mike and give us the correct access code. Without his help, we should have found another place to stay. We were lucky in our misfortune because he left a few minutes later and we never saw him again.Upon entering, we notice the floor was very dirty; the couches were also dirty and disgusting...The so-called pool, which is in fact a bath, was also dirty and many pieces of ceramic were missing or peeling off. Seeing that we have given up using it. I asked Mike twice if the bath was fixed, he never replied.The outdoor dining chairs were falling apart. Two lou
