A lovely 1 bedroom studio with King bed plenty of amenities! Enjoy the perks of being downtown without the noise of being downtown! Spend all day reading in the sun or spend it walking to all our favorite local spots. Wineries, eateries, breweries, shops, you name it, you will find it close by. Needing quick groceries? Head over to The Kiva market for a number of local options.

A quaint studio with lots of light! This space features a full kitchenette area with coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and dishes. There is a full sized washer and dryer. The sliding glass door leads to a small fenced patio with seating and a BBQ.

Close to everything, private, clean amd cozy
I was attending a conference at the Graduate and decided to stay here instead of the hotel where everyone else was staying. The downtown studio was perfect! It offered everything I needed plus a little respite from the busyness of the hotel and conference. Clean, very well equipped and cozy. Just right!

Perfect Little Place for Short Stay
This property is the perfect size for a quick weekend visit. Close to UofO and many good restaurants and shopping. Comfortable, clean, well-appointed and centrally located. Would definitely stay again.

ricky’s home was exactly as pictured! perfectly clean, walking distance to everything, and a nice little patio to sit in the sun. ricky was very responsive and accommodating! will definitely stay here next time I’m in Eugene. thanks!

Thank you for staying at the Moxie Property.
We are Ricky and Robert Grand - brothers and owners of the
property. We grew up in Oakridge, OR (about 45 mins due east)
and have been living in Eugene for the last 20 years.

We have found Lane county to be home to us. Robert starting his career at
Eugene Springfield Fire Dept decades ago and this year passing his
chief exam, Ricky going to college here at the UO and find a way to
take his education into the community. Grand Real Estate
Investments was the brain child of us. With Robert managing all
marketing and strategies and Ricky managing the finances and
cash buying, we have built a company that cherishes its employees
and wants to see the community thrive.
