Welcome to your boho chic designed city condo, Northern Dreams. Close to the heart of the energy that makes this city vibe, a 5-minute drive (7 minute bike ride) will take you into downtown Traverse City. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is perfect for a couples getaway or for a group of 4 with our queen-size pull-out mattress. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. Relax after a long day of exploring or beach going in our comfy living room. You could enjoy a local glass of cabernet or indulge in a cherry vodka and lemonade while lounging on the outdoor balcony. Just a short drive away from all of the local vineyards and distilleries you will have no shortage of options.
How about a cup of coffee or tea? This property features our signature fully stocked coffee bar offering a selection of brew, teas, flavored creamers and what’s coffee without Milano cookies or biscotti.
We are also proud to feature local artisanal soaps from Lake Soap Company with the sweet smell of their most popular scent, Traverse City Cherry.
Are you here to explore the outdoors? Our building is located right on the TARTS bike trail. The 10.5 mile long Traverse Area Recreation Trail (TART) is a paved urban transportation and recreation trail. Don’t forget to make a pit stop at the Filling Station Microbrewery, right off the trail and less than one mile from the condo.

Our building also includes a large community area for additional space to relax, work, or enjoy your time with other guests staying in the building.

Parking

Parking is free but limited to two spots per booking. Due to limited space trailers, RVs, house trailers, recreational vehicles, campers, boats, boat trailers, snowmobiles or snowmobile trailers are prohibited.

I’ve always stayed at large chain hotels and was very hesitant to use Vrbo, but I’m so glad I finally did. This place was absolutely fantastic in every way. It was impeccably clean and had everything you could possibly want or need in an apartment. The TV looks small in the photos for some reason, but it’s actually huge, probably 65 inches. The location is absolutely perfect in TC, and I even loved the view out the window. The building itself is excellent. Everything was top-notch, from the silverware to the sofa to the coasters and linens. The pictures truly do not do this place justice. TC and the surrounding area are incredible, and this was the perfect home base for my stay. I will absolutely be back. April was very gracious and replied very quickly and she was a terrific host.

The space was clean and comfortable, and the location was great! We have stayed in other condo buildings in Traverse City, and we really appreciated that this building had plenty of parking and an elevator. I would definitely book again for future trips!

It was a nice 3 day getaway, condo was nice for us and was very clean. April responded to any questions I had very quickly. Very easy parking and entry. Area was quiet as well and short drive to everything in TC. I would stay again.

Perfect Place to Stay!

The location was amazing..It was close to everything you will need. Also, the property is up to date, clean, and very comfortable. The trail is perfect for biking and running. The host was very good at communication and provided us with lots of information to help with restaurants, activities, and updates to the place. We would definitely stay here again!
