This "Monthly" 1 bed, 1 bath condo has upgraded marble flooring throughout. The beautiful Caballeros Estates is a resort-like property featuring several Seasonally Heated Pools, each with its own Spa, and well-maintained landscaping and gorgeous mountain views. Unbeatable location only a few blocks to great restaurants and entertainment in the heart of downtown.
Vaulted ceilings in the great room and bedroom create an expansive feeling. Walk out from the living room area to your huge, private deck with panoramic views of the famous San Jacinto Mountains that tower over Palm Springs. This deck is furnished with table seating for 4, a cheery yellow umbrella, 2 lounge chairs and your choice of charcoal (Weber) or propane grills. Unique to this unit, there is a separate privately locked gate which allows you or your visiting guests to optionally enter directly to your patio without going through the main complex entrance. Sit on the comfortable sofa as you watch TV on the 42" Flat Screen, enjoy your book nestled into the Lazy Boy recliner with the cozy fireplace nearby, and dine, work or play board games while gathered around the glass dining table under the breeze of the modern ceiling fan.
The cozy kitchen is well-equipped including full-size side-by-side refrigerator, microwave over full-size range, blender, toaster, etc. Coffee lovers will appreciate the choice of Mr Coffee, french press, or Keurig. The wet bar is equally well-equipped for your favorite libation. One thing is for sure - you will be admiring the majestic mountain view whether sitting outside on your patio or inside at your dining table. Even the kitchen sink looks out at that incredible view.
You will sleep well in the vaulted-ceiling bedroom on the very comfortable queen bed furnished with high thread count white cotton sheets, a dresser, and a smaller flat screen TV hidden in the closet. The upgraded bathroom features marble floors and walls, double sink areas, thirsty towels, and a private spa experience in the multi-jetted Jacuzzi tub (shower is over tub).
In-unit front loading washer/dryer.
Please note this unit has stairs to the front door on the second level, directly above the unit's covered, secured parking space. Plenty of off-street guest parking is available for your visitors or a second vehicle.

Minimum stay is 30 nights. Unit features fast Wi-Fi Internet and Cable TV.
Up to 2 dogs allowed, HOA limit 25 lbs each, $150 Dog Fee for each one. Sorry, no cats due to allergies.
