"We had the best time at this beautiful cabin!! The location is convenient to so many great areas. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The views were amazing! Loved seeing cows and deer graze in the pasture across the creek. The kids had a blast playing in the creek. It featured a lovely seating area beside the creek, perfect for sipping coffee. Nice property. We loved the creek access , fireplace, and s’mores kid. We had a few housekeeping issues that were addressed quickly by the host. The gravel road to access the property is a single car road (not single lane each way).

The outside area was organized but unkept. Seems like it hadn’t been tended to in quite some time. Dead flying insects littered the first and second floor decks. Spider weds and spiders covered almost every outside seating option.The interior of the cabin was fairly clean. There were quite a few cobwebs in the corners and in some spots of the games area. The main bedroom and en-suite seemed to stay humid and some of the towels contained a water damage odor. The smell was amplified when the en-suite shower was running. Not sure the root cause of the odor, but it was strong and unpleasant. The cabin was very cute and perfect for a small family looking to enjoy nature and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We stayed at this cabin for our spring break. The cabin is conveniently located but also secluded. A grocery store is about 8 minutes away and it’s close to Blue Ridge, Merceir Orchards, and hiking. We had a wonderful vacation and the cabin is extremely wells stocked. All you need is your suitcase and some groceries. The access to the water is wonderful and even has an area to sit or fish. Our kids loved having s’mores over the fire pit and watching the wildlife too. No one was ready to leave. A perfect spring break for our crew.

We loved this cabin! Great location, secluded but just a short drive to enjoy Blue Ridge and the surrounding areas! Kelley and Jim have everything you could need available for your stay! Very nice property! Location was convenient to Blue Ridge. We had one issue with the gas fireplace, but their maintenance man came out the same day and resolved it quickly. Would definitely consider staying again!
