Wooded Resort Luxury Cabin! Featuring an amazing open floor plan with soaring ceilings and sunshine lighting, a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 well appointed bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 of which offers a gorgeous and relaxing soaking tub. Outdoors offers wooded views, 3 decks, 1 off the master bedroom, 1 off the entry way with a grill and outdoor seating and the 3rd deck offers a private hot tub and firepit. Endless adventures can be found within the community as well! The community features golfing, the clubhouse, and spa services available through the Woods Resort directly. Indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor pools as well as a fitness center, basketball and tennis courts are available as well. Day passes must be purchased and reserved at least 24 hours prior to your stay.

Golf packages, clubhouse and spa services must be reserved and paid for directly through the Woods Resort.
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, accidental damage protection is part of your booking. The cost of this protection has been included in your fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. Airbnb bookings will reflect this fee under the "Linen Charge" as there isn't a category line for the protection fee.
*Rental agreement will be emailed directly to you and must be submitted to our company prior to receiving access information.
*Booking guests must be 25 yrs old or older to book and accept the rental agreement.
*This cabin is pet friendly. We do have a pet fee and our area and community does have a leash law. All pets and owners must abide by the pet policy in our rental agreement and our areas leash law.
* This cabin is located in a beautiful and peaceful community. We ask all our guests to please respect others with the community guidelines so we all can keep this community great!
PROPER BEHAVIOR FOR MOUNTAINSIDE RENTALS
When renting in the private community, please note the following rules and regs associated with the community. Any complaints or issues reported with any of the following below will result in being charged accordingly.
*Noise- Please be respectful and mindful of other cabins and guests especially after dark. Occupancy and use of premises shall not disturb or offend neighbors or residents. Loud parties, excessive speeding, excessive noise and/or disruptive behavior, discharging of Firearms, BB, Pellet or Paintball Guns.
*Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the grounds and in the event of fireworks being used in the community, you will be required to vacate the property without a refund and will be fined accordingly.
*Outdoor Firepits- No fires are to be started with out being inside proper fire-pits with a fire resistant lid on the fire at all times and in accordance with guidelines and regs. If the property rented does not have a proper fire-pit, outdoor fire is not permitted. Open fires will result in a min of $500 fine
*Vehicles- absolutely no ATV’s are to be ridden in the community
*Trash policy- Guest(s) will bag and properly dispose of all of their trash including recycling items.
All trash/recycling items must be bagged and placed in proper trash dumpsters at departure.
A trash dumpster is located behind The Woods Club Sports Center on The Woods Road. They are always open. The dumpster is emptied on Mondays and Fridays. On those days the dumpster is pulled, emptied and returned. It is possible that the dumpster may not be on site during those transitional times. If it isn't available, there is another dumpster on Wintercamp Trail which is always open. They are emptied on Mondays and Thursdays. There should always be a dumpster on site at one of the locations. If the on site dumpster is full on a Monday or Thursday, please return later with your trash when an empty dumpster will be back in place. Please do not leave trash onsite of the cabin.

The Woods Resort features golfing, clubhouse, spa services, tennis and basketball courts, an indoor hot tub and pool, and outdoor pool.
The Cabin is located a short distance to downtown Berkeley Springs and approx. 30 min to Harpers Ferry WV and the Shenandoah river.
Guests have access to the entire cabin privately.
Once you book, an email address will need to be provided so our company can send you directly our rental agreement and pre-arrival form. Check in information will also be emailed to your directly once the above items are submitted back to our company and prior to your arrival
The cabin is accessed by a few short steps. One level cabin!!
Entry is in the kitchen and dining area opening to the living room. Off the open concept area are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom offers 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and the other bedroom offers a queen bed. Down the hall you'll find a private master suit with private wood burning stove, sitting area, private master bath with soaking tub and separate shower, and private access to a deck with privacy and wooded views.
