Lovely 2-bedroom 2 bath condominium located in the second floor with a Pool.

Bring the whole family to this beautiful and specious 2 bedroom & 2 bath condo! The condo holds 4 guests however, a family of 5 can also be accommodated for an small fee of $10 per day. Both of the bedrooms have AC units and the living has a ceiling fan. We have everything you need for a great stay including a beautiful pool to cool down in, and a kiddie pool for your little ones! This gem is only 6 miles away from the airport, 10 - 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Bavaro Punta Cana.
The space
The condo is very spacious; almost 1,000 sq ft and 24/7 security. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with 2 nightstands, and a chest.The second bedroom has a full-sized bed, a twin bed, and a nightstand. The front has a living and dining room combo and a full kitchen with an island, and the countertops are made of marble. There is a washing machine and dryer. There’s an adult pool and kiddy pool.

This Gem is a 3 minute walk away from great Restaurants and Olé Super Market, 6 miles away from the airport, and the Punta Cana village.
It's also 5 miles from Blue Mall and about 7 minuets from the famous Coco Bongo clubs arena in downtown Punta Cana!
The Caribbean is known for beautiful beaches, and staying at our place will put you just 10 to 15 minuets away from the beaches of Bavaro, Punta Cana.
Other things to note
At check-in my attendant will meet with you to give you the key, we will ask for a photo ID for safety reasons . If you’re check-in after hours please call me or text an exclusive code is provided for the lockbox. I can be reached by phone call, WhatsApp, text, Via Vrbo and email. We provide 10kw of electricity per night stay, if you exceed the amount you’re responsible to recharge the electricity. For Long-term stay more than 21 day I provide 100kw of electricity for the entire stay after that you’re responsible to recharge the account.

Perfect for us

Me and my fiancée found this apartment on vrbo and instantly booked as the price was right and it was central to everything we needed. Everything we needed and more was in the house, all appliances and fixtures worked. The place was clean when we arrived and seemed to be taken care of well. With regards to other reviews we did not encounter any of these problems everything was perfect for us as i named this review. I will look to stay again for our staycation

Desapointed

We rented for 3 month, too far from the beach (not 15 min- 30min), the grocery store and the pharmacy were very good and near from our appartment. In our appartment their was too much noise with dog every day and loud music when they want the dominican have no respect for the tourism. If you want a place to relaxe this is not the place(this is place for Dominican Family with kids almost 12 kids in that place). The appart was ok but need refresh, mirror, in bathroom. We visit a lot of place Santo Domingo-Saona beach- Round Mountain- Macao beach-Samana tour with the cascade de Limon- truck expedition visit-Bibijagua beach is the best. We still had a good time but we won't come back.

Please be aware of false reviews or people who do not read the listing. We strive to make sure our guests have a great time making memories! This is our family’s vacation home and hope you treat it like your own. Location- As listed our property is 6 miles away from Punta Cana airport and a 10-15 minute drive to Bravaro Beach Punta Cana. It is a 3 minute walk to restaurants and Ole Superpmarket; 5 miles to Blue Mall and 7 minutes from famous Coco Bongos Clubs. Transportation- We don’t offer transportation with our rental. Also when you use public transportation the distance is longer because the bus makes stops. We recommended you rent a car or find taxi accommodations. Electricity- As a courtesy we provide 10kw of electricity per night. If you exceed that amount you are responsible for recharging. (Our family of 4 uses 8-10k per day.) Long term (21+ days) - As a courtesy we provide 100kw of electricity for the entire stay. ****As an act of kindness for this new reviewer we gave 150kw of electricity ***** As an additional courtesy, we extended a 20% discount. If this were a true review, there would be evidence of any of these issues reported to Vrbo. Why would you stay for three months and then state such ? The Dominican people are very friendly and warm to tourists. Our property is also listed on other websites please check this review out. We do not wish to host you again. Best wishes. Je vous promets 10 kW d'électricité par jour, je vous ai même donné 30 kW de plus. Je ne suis pas content non plus, que vos enfants écrivent sur mes draps, grattent les murs et cassent aussi ma vaisselle. Et vous plaignez pour $35,44 pour votre propre confort c’est dommage. I promise 10kw of electricity per day I even gave you an extra 30kw. I am also not happy that your kids write on my sheets scratch the walls and also breaks my dishes. And you’re complaining for $35.44 for your own comfort wow wow that’s a shame
