If you are looking for fun and entertainment, look no further. This 4 bedroom home makes a perfect family get-away. Heated swimming Pool and Game-Room make this a property a place where you don't need to leave to entertain the kids or your spouse. Take a walk around the community park or drop the kids off at the nearby skatepark. This house is close to shopping areas, dining, hiking, golf courses, paved bike paths and MTB trails.

NO EVENTS or PARTIES allowed.

Pool has direct access from back sliding doors. No pool fencing surrounding the pool.Pool heating is an additional $75 a day.

We had a wonderful stay at Rita Ranch. The backyard was comfortable and clean. The pool wasn’t heated as advertised but we did not pursue looking into it as we were very busy. The kitchen was well stocked so eating in was great.The only glitch was we received the wrong code to get into the house. Rob did get back to us Farley quick with the correct code.

Heated pool costs extra

Everything was very nice. The only complaint I would have is the title says, "Paradise in Rita Ranch - HEATED POOL" but I had to pay an extra 400.00 to have the pool heated. There were some burnt out lightbulbs in the laundry and bathroom areas and the table hockey game in the garage did not work. Other than those things, it was good. The owner was communicative and nice.

Tuscon spring break

The pool and area was ok. The house had a nice deck area to sit and have coffee/drinks. The bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate. It was easy to reach out to the host and he got back to me right away, which I always appreciate.

Sister Reunion

All three sisters and spouses met in Tucson (where our other sister lives) for a week stay. We had a great experience in this home. The space was perfect for a group to spend time together, but still each have our own space when needed. The backyard space was wonderful and the weather cooperated! The various areas for sitting and the pool gave us and the visiting grandkids lots of options.The owner even left us some treats in the kitchen and fridge. Very nice personal touches. The only drawback in the home was the stairs. They weren't obvious from the VRBO photos so take note if you have leg/knee issues (which my husband did). There are multiple levels! Still didn't deter from our enjoyment of this pretty home.

Tucson Getaway

This is a lovely house with very nice back yard. We really enjoyed sitting outside when the temps warmed up. It is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to stores, restaurants, etc.Only one thing I didn’t realize is the number of stairs because the house has three levels. My husband and I have had recent leg surgeries so I might not have selected this house. We did just fine but I think it’s worth mentioning.The house was spotless and had plenty of towels, coffee, tea, waters and some snacks. We never cooked there but the kitchen looked well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. There was even a good selection of staples and seasonings. Everything was in excellent condition!I certainly recommend this house but just remember there are quite a few stairs in this split-level home.

Active Household with Great Access to Tucson Activities

During our stay the weather was not cooperative and actually snowed. Luckily household as depicted provided plenty of activities in the garage along with board games to keep our family young and old entertained while we were waiting out the weather. Also, want to draw attention to nearby (walking) access to park, trails, and other Tucson offerings.

Great house - conveniently located!

Graduation Celebration

We had a great time. There was plenty to do, with the games in the garage and the pool outside. It was perfect for our family to celebrate our son’s graduation from U of A. Definitely would return.

Fabulous Home!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this little piece of paradise. Too cold to swim due to rain that moved in but completely enjoyed the back yard with lots of seating.

Comfortable property, excellent host!

Comfortable, fun, family-friendly. We had a gathering with 4 family members, all from different locations, and opted to rent a house so they could stay together and reconnect. The house was comfortable and spacious, providing everyone with a little private space. That said, did they use it? I think everyone spent more time playing swing toss, ping pong, corn hole, and chatting over coffee on the patio. It was a great time to reconnect and remember. The host was quick to respond to our questions, the welcome book provided details for the house and immediate area, and access to the house was easy. The street felt quiet and safe, and the neighbors friendly. Even a park at the end of the street, fun for a walk. We would definitely recommend this property.

Home away from home! Perfect!

Stayed here for the weekend with family! Everything was super clean and nice! Kids loved the pool. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable and homey for the whole family. We loved the cozy mattresses and great game room.

Absolute best stay I’ve ever experienced!

The cleanest, most welcoming and comfortable place we’ve ever stayed. Rob was great from start to finish, and communicated with us well regarding trash pickup/deliveries etc. I felt safe and very comfortable. The house also had great privacy and plenty of space to entertain.
