Welcome to your newly upgraded Tucson desert oasis! Our spacious 4BD/2.5BA Eastside home (5 beds + queen sofa bed + a modular sectional) is perfect for families, groups, and remote-work getaways. Enjoy your private pool, brand-new billiards table, ping pong table, vibrant local murals, and stylish new furnishings—all part of our October 2025 refresh designed for your enjoyment.


BEDROOMS: Our home features four bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for your comfort and relaxation. One King bed, two Queen beds, one Queen pull-out sofa, two Twin beds, one sleeper futon, and a sectional sofa are all available. The beds all contain new Cooling Gel Memory Foam mattresses. Although the Queen sofa bed, sleeper futon, and sectional sofa are all comfortable for a short stay's rest, these are not recommended for longer stays. The comfy mattresses and ample space ensure a peaceful night's sleep for everyone in your group.

BATHROOMS: 2 full bath (primary suite with walk-in shower with backyard access & full bath with bathtub and double vanity) and guest half bath spread throughout the house. The modern amenities and bright, clean spaces make getting ready for your Tucson adventures a breeze.

LIVING SPACES: Two living areas are spacious and filled with natural light from multiple skylights, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your group. The receiving room has a full-grain leather couch that easily turns into a queen sleeper sofa for two. A cozy wood-burning fireplace welcomes you, and there is a separate dining area for morning coffee and conversation. Brand new billiards table installed Oct 2025! The living room features a large modular sectional sofa to fit your needs, as well as an entertainer’s paradise with a foosball table, and a multi-game stand-up arcade game. A 55” smart TV for after-dinner movies, a second wood-burning fireplace, and brand-new laundry area complete the space.

KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with all the necessary appliances and tools to prepare delicious meals for your group. In the pantry, you will find a crockpot, blender, toaster, and more. A selection of teas, Keurig cups, and fresh coffee beans are available to welcome the day. If you prefer dining al fresco, there's also an outdoor grill and full dining table.

OUTDOOR OASIS: Step outside to your private paradise! Enjoy the sparkling pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on those hot Arizona days, surrounded by murals from a local AZ artist. The outdoor living and dining area is a wonderful spot to enjoy meals or just take in the desert views. The large covered patio provides a comfortable space to relax in the shade. There's also multiple patio conversation sets, outdoor games, including ping-pong and basketball, and a fire pit for cozy evening gatherings under the starry Tucson sky.

**POOL HEAT**
For the ultimate comfort, we kindly ask guests to notify us 72 hours in advance if you'd like the pool heated, as the pool takes 24-hours to heat. The pool will be heated to 82 degrees Fahrenheit, and incurs an additional $100/day charge, reflecting the true cost.

Please note, we are only able to heat the pool for the entire duration of your stay. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests to heat the pool for a portion of your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we aim to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!

GAME ROOM: Entertain your group in our game room, featuring a foosball table, and an arcade game, in addition to board and card games, that will bring out your playful spirit.

ACCOMODATIONS: With sleeping arrangements for 10+ guests, this home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing and fun vacation.
