It is anice place to relax and not be too far out of town. Nice touch having everything available that you might need from a welcome basket of snacks to sandwich bags or some spices. One caution, I would put reflective tape on the floor for the step down

Beautiful place! Don't miss this!

This a beautiful, definitely "cozy" unit - and we absolutely loved our stay! Tastefully appointed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything one would need. My teen grandson's eyes lit up upon discovering the snacks and popsicles. Will 10/10 stay with Judy again! The driveway is a bit challenging for the first trip, but after that, it's a piece of cake. So worth the beautiful view!!

Communication and check in process was a nightmare. Being asked to change units half way through the stay was incredibly frustrating and irresponsible. Not doing anything to make it right is also unacceptable.

We enjoyed our stay and would have given 5 stars, except we were a bit "put off" because there is no sink in the bathroom. You are required to use the kitchen sink just outside of the bathroom. My husband had a difficult time shaving because the mirror is located on the opposite wall from the kitchen sink. The proprty was modern and clean.

The property was beautiful and convenient. There were 2 issues. We had the lower unit but had no individual control over the temperature. We froze 2 days and were hot the last day when it appeared a new tenant came. The water softener is also located close to the bedroom and went off in the middle of the night.

It's a big house split into 3 units we stayed in the smallest unit very nice place you can tell they put a lot of thought into even the smallest details would definitely stay again

Immaculate suite & beautiful views!

We spent a wonderful week in our our suite with everything we needed! Gorgeous views of the river, the suite was beautifully renovated & everything was immaculately clean. Pictures show exactly as it is and Judy was very responsive to any questions we had. It was nice to have all the cooking supplies (pots & pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc.) provided. The welcome basket of snacks & goodies was appreciated! Having access to the laundry room was also a plus. The driveway to the property is a bit steep, but you can't have the wonderful views without that & it also allows for a very quite, private & secluded location. Will definitely stay here again if returning to this area for work.

The Kalama Oaks is a multi-story building, architecturally designed to maximize the spectacular views, seclusion and privacy.

1. Longview, Wa (downtown): 13 min (9 miles) (no traffic lights!)
2. Vancouver (downtown): 31 min (33 mi) (no traffic lights!)
3. PDX (Portland airport): 38 min (40.3 mi) via I-5 S and I-205 S
