Our Cottage in the Woods offers a true nature experience! You might enjoy spotting beautiful critters like deer, elk, squirrels, hummingbirds, and bunnies. On rare occasions, larger wildlife have been seen in the general area, so please be mindful when outdoors.

Not all woodland visitors are soft and cuddly — this includes insects such as mosquitoes, flies, gnats, and box elder bugs. They’re harmless but can be pesky when they decide to congregate. We do our best to keep the cottage comfortable and exceptionally clean, though now and then a few bugs may find their way inside our warm, inviting slice of heaven.
