This home was totally remodeled and designed with the travelers. Great for a group that wants to stay together. 2 seperate living areas, 3 walk in showers, and tankless hot water. Great Backyard with privacy fence and two sitting areas for evenings of relaxation after work or during your destination stay in Shreveport. Please note two bedrooms are set up like a suite in hotel, two bedrooms have King size beds.

Nice home for vacation

Nice property, very comfortable with a home feel. The owners had quick response time if we had any questions or concerns. Would love to book this stay agai .

The house was clean and well-decorated. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The biggest bedroom has two beds, and the other two bedrooms have one bed each. One thing to note for larger groups, there are only four dining chairs and a small table. The driveway was the perfect size for my family to park two vehicles in. But there is also ample street parking. The neighborhood is located off of Line Avenue, so it offers very easy access to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay in this home, and there was great communication with the host during our stay.

Great place to stay

Really enjoy the place . Only wish patio was cleaned to sit out and enjoy but overall the place was great

Inside is updated. The outside could use an update as well. There are only 3 bedrooms. One of the rooms has two bed. The best part was each room has its own bathroom. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. The next time I rent I will definitely do an aerial view.

Quiet and accommodating

This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. James is a very attentive host. We really appreciated the generous coffee bar and comfortable beds! My team and I enjoyed our visit.

Great for our situation

This property worked great for our situation having to work day and night shifts. Having 4 beds and separate bedrooms allowed everyone their own privacy. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Great stay

The owner was great and the house worked well for our rental.. Vrbo app and website was terrible to get us updated and checked in and to access anything with our rent if the owner would not have been so helpful we might of not even got onto the house. The listing does need updated it was a 3 bedroom listed as a four bedroom.

Don’t Stay Here

To begin, the home is not as advertised. Although the listing says four bedrooms there are three bedrooms and one of the rooms has 2 beds in it. When we arrived at the home we were accosted by the smell of heavily perfumed plugins. There was also a large bathtub filled with water left on the side of the home along side a discarded window screen. Upon further inspection we discovered a broken garbage disposal, broken mirror, stained furniture, dirty floors, a stove that had been sprayed with cleaning products that were never cleaned out and a dead roach. We made the best of it becuase we were not given any assistance by VRBO to relocate. I had hoped that at the very minimum we would have been refunded at least the cleaning fee but we were not. We will not stay here again and will not book through VRBO either.
