Marcy Getaway is a centrally located, three bedroom home in the village of Lake Placid - literally walk down the hill and you are on Main Street - a perfect location for those who wish to park their car and walk to the shops, restaurants, movie theatre, arena, public beach, etc. The main level of this home features a living room with gas fireplace and first floor master suite. The upstairs features two more bedrooms, a den with smart tv and full bath with jetted tub and separate shower. The basement's recreation room has a flat screen smart tv and wet bar.
Note: There are two additional sleeping spaces within two of the upstairs bedrooms. Total of 3 bedrooms and 2 additional sleeping spaces
