Great updated unit in Shadow Run condos. Kitchen is nice and you can cook all your meals in the unit. Couch was super comfy and the gas fire gives nice heat and ambiance. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and towels are thick. Washer/dries was nice to have. So easy to take the shuttle to the ski hill, dining ect. We will stay here again.

Great location

This condo was a perfect location for my family. It’s a nice short walk to the ski resort and a short drive to all the best restaurants in downtown Steamboat. Mary was an excellent host and made great recommendations on places to eat and things to do

Cozy condo in a perfect location for a weekend getaway

We came to Steamboat Springs for opening day of the Summer Season. This unit offered everything we needed for a weekend of hiking, kayaking and partaking of the Hot Springs. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Mother’s Day Celebration

Perfect place to enjoy Steamboat

Location is perfect for us to access trails and restaurants. Nice, large TV for evening movies. Super, queen bed. Quick, clear communication with owner.

Close to everything in town

The condo is clean inside and the host was very responsive. It’s the middle condo in a three story so you can hear the people upstairs walking around. It was quiet for sleeping though and we were mostly out hiking and enjoying the beauty in Steamboat anyway.

Excellent short-term rental property

We had an excellent time staying at Mary’s condo. We had 6 adults stay and everyone still had a bed. The property was very clean and the check in process was easy. It’s also conveniently located next to a bus stop, so getting to/from the mountain with our ski gear was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Broken fireplace and door

I communicated with owner regarding broken fireplace and front door that would not lock from the outside several times. She responded several times with tips, but none of them worked. Property was not what we had hoped for in regards to a cozy fireplace and feeling like my dog and our stuff being secure when we left. Also, neighbors upstairs and downstairs were very loud.

Great stay in Steamboat

My husband and I had a great stay at Maria's property. The apartment looked just as we expected it to. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is about an 8 minute drive to the downtown area where all of the shops and restaurants are. The walls are quite thin in the complex. Check in was a breeze and Maria was incredibly responsive. We would stay again if we came back to the area.

Small family stay

This condo is perfect for a family with children as the master works for adults and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a two person bed on the bottom. Furnishing were nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Parking is in a lot and uncovered so consider that if you visit during the winter. Windows face into the complex so no mountain views. We appreciated that the windows were new with screens so easy to open for fresh air.

Great property!

Spacious condo just 10 minutes from downtown Steamboat. My teenagers loved the second bedroom and we appreciated the upgraded kitchen. Great value for the price!

Weekend stay

Cute condo. Perfect for two. Would be tight for any more adults. We are not used to hearing neighbors. That’s condo living I guess.
