The house was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and convenient to several areas of Owensboro. We had an easy time communicating with the host and are pleased with our first VRBO experience!

Beautiful accommodations, clean and very well-supplied. The host, Jeff, was very hospitable and helpful, happy to offer restaurant recommendations. The weather was rainy and stormy all four days, but our lovely home-base was cozy and charming.

We fell in love with this gorgeous home and location. Perfectly situated on a lovely neighborhood street and close to Smothers park. We enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness and the kindness of the host. Quick turn around on all inquiries! Highly recommend staying here if you prefer extra space, peace and quiet and walk ability or super quick drive into the the heart of Owensboro.

Everything about the property was great.Nice and roomy, very clean.Good neighborhood, no issues at all.The check in process was great.The owner was on top of everything.The only critique that I would have.And it's minor is that when traveling with small children, it doesn't help when there's only one tv in the entire house.The tv in the kitchen, all of the apps need updated, and when you have three children who all want to watch something different, and there's only one television, it kind of bites, especially at bedtime, because there are no tvs in the bedroom.The only other criticism would be that it would be nice to have ceiling fans in the bedroom other than that, everything was spot on perfect

Perfect location- Perfect stay

What a hidden gem. This house was perfect for my families long weekend trip to Owensboro for a wedding. The location is perfect for getting around anywhere in town quickly. The owners have decorated in a wonderful MCM that I honestly never knew how much I loved until staying here. The house has everything you need. I would definitely recommend and will certainly stay here again next time I’m in town.

Stunning home near the heart of downtown. Very spacious living and dining room areas. Two very nice king beds that were very comfortable (if you like soft) The master bath has a beautiful tub and large stand up shower. Overall great experience. Our host was very accommodating and responded in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again.

Even nicer than the pictured!

We had a great stay at 315 14th Street. It was just as spacious as the pictures show, which made it a perfect place for family to gather. Lovely home. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is centrally located, so we were minutes away from anywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood. My only complaint would be that the bed was a bit too soft for my back, but that’s just personal preference. I would stay here again.

My New Home Away From Home

Take your shoes off at the door! I’m coming back and I want you to leave this place just as clean as I found it:). Ladies, bring your bath salts and bubbles for the tub:) Loved the large rooms. Two king beds and two twin beds. Door code is easy to remember:)

This was so clean, beautiful and comfortable. The remodel was amazing on this older home. Loved all of the furniture/spaces, etc.

Loved this home

We were traveling to Kentucky to visit family. And this home was absolutely beautiful. It was fully stocked. It was well-kept and clean. My absolute favorite was the master bedroom bathroom it was perfect and so clean. The beds in the home were super comfortable. They provided nice blankets everywhere in the house to snuggle up with. The kitchen was fantastic I cooked in it a few days during our trip. We would definitely and plan on definitely coming back to stay in this home when we visit our family again. And the property owner was so nice to us.

Weekend Trip

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The house was clean and had plenty of room for all 8 of us to stay. In addition, everything was easy to find and it was super close to downtown and the riverfront. Check in and check out were super convenient. We will absolutely be staying here again.
