Renowned interior decorator Jane Coslick has worked her magic in this charming beach house, presenting a simple, natural approach that brings out the beauty and warmth of this spacious and inviting Tybee cottage.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by wood floors and ceilings, complemented by white walls adorned with colorful, "one of a kind" art, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. Comfortable slip-covered sofas and chairs invite you to relax and unwind, setting the stage for memorable moments with loved ones.

The first floor features an open living/dining/kitchen area, boasting a dining table comfortably seating eight, and a kitchen bar with three stools. The kitchen colors of gold and turquoise beautifully accentuate the new kitchen floor and appliances, inspiring culinary delights and enjoyable gatherings. Settle in on the comfortable sofa and chairs while watching TV, and let the low country boil celebrations begin.

The bedroom on this level offers two queen beds, accompanied by a small sitting area and a full bath. Adjacent to this room is a cool and colorful wet bar, fridge, and washer/dryer, along with an additional fridge for drinks and snacks, ensuring convenience for all.

On the second floor, you'll discover four bedrooms and a charming sleeping porch, each offering unique comforts. A king room features a private full bath, while the third room delights with four bunks, providing eight twin beds in total. The fourth room boasts two twin beds and porch access, inviting you to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze. The fifth bedroom offers another king bed and a private half bath. A full bath with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo is conveniently located in the hall, while a lovely little covered porch includes a private shower and an adjoining sitting room, adorned with a denim slipcovered sofa and TV.

Within walking distance, you'll find the beach and the Back River, while the picket fenced-in backyard and pool create a tranquil haven. Tables with chairs and lounge chairs complete this restful picture, offering moments of relaxation and enjoyment.
