**New to Our Vacation Rental Program!***
This beautiful, new, and modern vacation rental townhome, Sand Between Your Toes, is located in Sandhill Pines community on the Emerald Coast of Florida. It is centrally located between Destin and 30A, just a short drive to the beach, and offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 8.


Upon entering this charming Santa Rosa Beach townhome, Sand Between Your Toes, you're greeted with an updated and open floor plan. The beautifully decorated living area is the perfect place for relaxation with comfortable seating, an HDTV, and queen size sleeper sofa. The dining area can accommodate 6 while additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal including granite countertops, a Keurig machine, and brand new stainless steel appliances. The cozy living and dining areas offers plenty of seating for the whole family. The second level of this vacation rental is where the bedrooms are located. The master king suite offers an HDTV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and an HDTV. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo also on this level. A half bath is also located on the first floor off the common areas. For added convenience, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer in the unit. This beach vacation rental is perfect for families and sleeps a total of 8!


Sandhill Pines community is just a short drive to the beaches of Destin, Miramar Beach, and 30A areas. This vacation rental is also located near several attractions, shopping, beachfront dining, and live entertainment. While on vacation on the Emerald Coast be sure to check out Seaside, The Hub, Red Bar, The Track, Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, HarborWalk Village, Pompano Joes, The Crab Trap, The Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and several golf courses!

We would suggest parking at The Back Porch and either using their private beach area or going in through the Calhoun public beach access. We wish we would have known this starting off, it would have saved us a lot of time.
