LA PÉRIODE DE LOCATION EST DE SAT-SAT SUR UNE BASE HEBDOMADAIRE
 Destination parfaite! Une courte promenade de 2, 5 pâtés de maisons d'une plage publique avec une promenade à bord donnent sur, une maison de bain, un parking public, des sauveteurs et le restaurant Pompano Joe avec bar-terrasse donnant sur la plage. Il y a une promenade / piste cyclable de 3 à 4 miles de long qui va d'un bout à l'autre de la plage (à une extrémité est Silver Sands Outlet Mall et à l'autre est Destin Commons. Il y a d'autres restaurants le long du chemin, Whale's Tail, Surf Hut, The Crab Trap et il y a même un bowling avec des tables de billard! Beaucoup d'activité pour toute la famille. La maison dispose d'une grande véranda en forme de "L", parfaite pour le café du matin ou les cocktails en soirée. Il y a plusieurs zones de divertissement en plein air prêtant un peu d'intimité, chacune avec un grill, des tables et des sièges avec de la musique. Il y a une immense salle voûtée Greatroom (15 'x 18') avec une télévision à écran plat de 51 ", attenante est une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un bar à manger 6 places qui donne sur la salle Greatroom et une salle à manger formelle (sièges 6). Il y a un forfait TV avantage (HBO & Sports) une connexion WIFI, une piscine privée de 15 'x 30' (3 'à une extrémité et 5' à l'autre) Nous fournissons des chaises de plage Rio, des parasols, des serviettes de plage et des jouets de plage pour les enfants. Il y a même quelques vélos à votre disposition. Il y a 3 chambres à coucher. La chambre principale et alternative 2d ont un coin salon pour regarder la télévision privée. Chaque chambre a une télévision (Master a un écran plat de 39 ") La chambre 3d a 2 lits superposés doubles qui peuvent accueillir 6 personnes.

A cozy and cute family-friendly home located very close to the beach but tucked away off the main road. The Host communicates very promptly. The pool is an added bonus and lots of fun. The front porch is perfect for coffee, convos and reading! There’s a Full kitchen to cook and entertain, also! This house is continently located Close to everything! We loved our stay!

Everything was just as it is listed! Host was super responsive & willing to help with ANY & EVERY thing. Two short blocks to the beach! We rented a golf cart during our stay & had ease going everywhere we needed. Community is quiet & private pool is a PLUS!

Everything needed for a wonderful 4th of July weekend. The house was very nice and clean with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Host was very friendly and available when needed. Short walk to beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for the kids were available to use. The pool was so nice and clean. Lots of outside seating and tables for lounging. Kitchen was well stocked with anything needed for cooking. Extra bedding, pillows, linens for use. Plenty of pool/ beach towels. House and kitchen were open with plenty of space to comfortably move around without feeling crowded. My family had a wonderful stay!

House was alot bigger inside than expected. That was a plus. Plenty of everything you need while there. The backyard could use some lights. So that you can enjoy the pool at night and the backyard. Other than that.. the stay was pleasant and I would choose it again.

We loved this house. The only drawback was the temperature of the house. It was requested to stay at 75. That is a little warm for my family.

We always want our guests to be comfortable. We have had unusually hot weather and always encourage that if the adjustment needs to be made for our guest to feel free to do so. As a rule we have found through guests input to have the setting at 71-72 at night and 73-75 during the day while outside activities are going on but at any time that can be adjusted by the vacationer.Again, We want our visitors to have a great relaxing time and do everything we can do to make that happen!!!

Beautiful Place

We had a great time. The house was beautiful, clean and pool was absolutely great to have. Short walk or drive to the beach. They have everything you need from sand toys to chairs and umbrellas. The host was more than helpful with tips for the beach and place to book to fish and rent boats. Thank you guys for having us. See you next year.

Unfortunately, I am not able to leave an amazing review.The property is in need of both outdoors and indoors updating and simple maintenance.The pool needs attention and cleaning. The patio furniture around the property are all in need of repair and even discarding ( dry rotted). The landscaping is in desperate need for attention. The fence left no privacy and also needs repair. This is disappointing when your plans included use of the pool and outdoors.Indoors, some updating of decor and fuxtures is needed.The kitchen was furnished but again some of the insulated cups need to be discarded.The shower heads were nice. Towels also nice.The comforter on the primary bed had stains.The primary bathroom is outdated and on arrival the toilet was clogged, no plunger.Plenty of beach towels were available.Location is great.I had hoped for more since the star rating was high but then noticed the reviews were dated 2018 2020.

First, we are highly responsive hosts and make ourselves readily available throughout every stay. We did not receive any communication from you regarding any of the concerns listed. If you had contacted us, we would have addressed any issue immediately. Raising multiple concerns only after checkout does not give us the opportunity to assist or resolve matters in real time. Second, the property is represented accurately in our listing. The condition of the home, outdoor areas, furnishings, and fencing are all clearly shown in the photos. We do not misrepresent the space, and guests book with full visibility of how the property looks. The home is professionally cleaned between each stay, and the pool is serviced regularly twice a month by a professional company. The owner was the last person in the house prior to your arrival and had the house professionally cleaned upon departure. We did not observe any of the issues described, including a clogged toilet or stained bedding, and no such concerns were reported during your stay. Additionally, our review history is current, with recent guest feedback as of October 2025, and reflects consistent positive experiences. While we respect that expectations can vary, many of the concerns raised relate to elements that were visible prior to booking. We encourage future guests to review listing details carefully and to reach out during their stay so we can ensure everything meets their expectations in real time. We remain committed to providing a clean, accurately represented home and responsive support to all of our guests.

Highly recommend this place—it’s easily one of my top favorites! The house was cozy and welcoming, with plenty of space for the whole family to sit and connect. It’s actually within walking distance to the beach, making it the absolute perfect location. The outdoor sound system was amazing, which made hanging out by the pool a huge plus. The girls also loved the board games supplied by the host. To top it off, the service was unmatched: when I ran into a minor issue, a repairman showed up within 5 minutes, only to gently show me how to actually use the lights!

Would repeat stay!

This was a great place to spend our week in Destin. Bobbie and Milt are easy to talk to and available for any questions. The house was perfect for our needs but the pool was even better!! Pretty sure I’m still water logged. If we decide to visit Destin in the future this will be our go to property.

Awesome pool, drive to beach

The pool was great! You can walk to the beach but if you’ve got a wagon with equipment it’s really too far and you need to drive. Lots to do and good restaurants nearby. Milt is always nearby if you need anything. Inside of the house could use renovations and has too much furniture and tchotchkes but it was nice enough. Could possibly use a new pan and tongs, but plenty of most other kitchen equipment. We had a great trip!!

We had a great time at our stay here! Private pool and walking distance from the beach. The walk to the beach was a little longer then expected without side walks but still a pretty short distance.

Relaxing beach vacation

We had a wonderful week at this home! Plenty of room, wonderful backyard and pool, and easy access to the beach! This home was stocked with beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, and any kitchen utensil/cookware you could possibly need! We are more than pleased with our stay and highly recommend this rental!
