Perfect location with everything you need close by for a good holiday. The apartment is a little dated but provides all you need for a long or short stay and is clean. A great bonus for this two bed apt is the fact both bedrooms are en suite and it has a great balcony for the morning sun.

Paul the host couldn't do enough for ourselves ran into trouble when arriving because of the key code wouldn't open he managed to phone someone who was there within thr hour saved our holiday wonderful man

Great location close to everything. The apartment has everything thing you need. You do not have a pool view but we wer ok with that. There does be some noise from the bars at night but there are double doors that drown it out no problem sleeping. The supermarket down stairs has everything you need didn't need to go to any other. The pool is great no problem with sun beds. Pool bar is great for food and drink and reasonably priced. We will definitely come back . Paul is more than helpful x

Good Location

Good sized apartment, balcony gets the sun in the morning. The apartment is a little dated but is clean and in a good location for everything. Sun beds have to be paid for, 10 euros for 2. The pool area is lovely.

Big apartment

The apartment was nice and big and clean.The only problem we had was that it was in a quite noisy part of Las Americas and we had to close all of the doors and windows to keep the noise out as there was a late night open air night club very close.

Overall good. It does not say unsuitable if you have walking issues as you have to go up 3 sets of stairs to get to the apartment. This was a downside. The apartment could be done with a bit of TLC.

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our time in this apartment. It had everything we needed, lots of room, loads of hangers. It was spotless and homely. We don’t cook but there was lots of equipment if we had wanted to. Owner very helpful and got straight back to us when we had one small problem which was soon sorted out. We like this area and look forward to returning soon. Thank you.

Sisters holiday

First impressions were that the apartment was very clean and functional. The beds were comfortable but a little soft for me personally. A short walk to the beach which has sun beds to hire with lots of surfers practicing off shore, bars and restaurants on the doorstep, the double glazing kept out most of the noise but I had earplugs so slept really well most nights. One little niggle was the complex charges for sun bed hire which was a first for us. So be prepared to pay €9 a day for 2 beds and brolly. There are also a lot of steps around the complex so could be an issue for some. Overall we had a lovely time and were pleased with our choice.

Not what we expected - disappointed

The appartment is basic and clean - the photos look good and the appartment doesn't live up to these. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable and dated, the sofa's are sofa beds and the cushions are worn and ripped covered up with throws. There is a spurious pull down bed in the hallway - why? The curtains in the master bedroom and living rooms are short and let in lots of light (blackout blinds would have been ideal). The write up of the property sounds great but what isn't mentioned are the numerous bars and hotels at the rear of the property that are VERY noisy until 1AM (Marquee, Brewers Droop, Anchor, Kippis, Crystals Palace to name a few). The pool is lovely and well laid out a real sun trap, the pool isn't busy this is probably to do with the fact that a charge of €4 per sunbed per day is charged. The property is well located the beach is very close, shops and restaurants are plentiful.

New sofas are ordered.These would have been in already but due to one sofa not arriving until a week after first (we thought it was best both sofas come together). They arrive early March. Curtains have never been required because the wooden shutters on bedrooms and lounge make the rooms very dark when closed. This is the first time we have ever had a complaint of noise as we had double patio doors to block out the noise.

Super vacances à Tenerife

L'appartement est très bien situé. Proche de la mer et en plein centre ( voiture non nécessaire) il correspond exactement aux photos. La communication avec Paul était parfaite. Un peu bruyant le soir sur la terrasse ( bar, musique) lié à sa position centrale. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous recommandons cette appartement.

Appartement idéalement situé au sud juste à côté de tout . La proximité immédiate des bars nous a permis de suivre la coupe du monde en terrasse en bas de l’appartement. Il est important de bien connaître l’emplacement du logement car les bars ferment tard et cela ne nous a pas dérangé nous étions sur un rythme de vacanciers . Si vous êtes un lève tôt le logement est plutôt bien insonorisé avec même une double baie coulissante pour éviter d’être dérangé par le bruit et dormir tôt .
