Beautiful clean spacious villa minutes from Sumter landing. This beautiful and clean vacation rental in The Villages is in a prime location near Lake Sumter Landing . Great location to many adult pools, family pools and rec ctrs. Walkable to the pools. Many activities at the pools and rec ctrs including pool tables, horseshoes, pickleball courts, bocce, shuffleboard and many more activities.

Many restaurants and shopping locations easily accessible via golf cart or car. This house has a full kitchen, television, internet, and use of new electric golf cart that is able to go 70 miles on a charge. Quiet and convenient. Comes complete with linens/towels, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment, patio furniture, screened in patio lanai.

Free guest passes to use the many close pools and recreation centers (will need names of guest, dob and address one week prior to rental period), optional golf passes (fee). 1 bedroom with king bed, also equipped with a pull out sofa sleeper in living area to comfortably sleep 4 people. Come experience the glorious amenities and life-style The Villages has to offer. Truly is an Oasis like no other.

Comfortable stay in the Villages

The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for our week long visit. The location was great and we were close to the recreation centers, restaurants and grocery stores. The golf cart was a great addition and we had a lot of fun riding around in it. The communication with the owner was fantastic and we had all of the information we needed for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was excellent. The house was even more than we expected, We plan to come again in the future. We were staying here while shopping for a new home in The Villages. Perfectly accommodations. The only thing I would mention is that you need to bring your own shower soap.

My husband and I just wanted a short getaway. The home was near the area we were most interested in. The golf cart included with the rental is a huge plus. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to pool and all activities offered by The Villages. Will definitely rent this home again.

Amazing Place to Stay

The location and amenities of this rental were an excellent match to our needs! We were able to visit with extended family members in the comfort of a home instead of a hotel room. Fantastic property

Everything about renting this property was fantastic. The owners had quick and great communication. The property was extremely clean and comfortable as well as located perfectly to enjoy a couple of nearby pools. A very short drive to Lake Sumnter Landing and the other town squares where a short drive as well. Dining choices were plentful and delicious. I would highly reom.end renting this property if you get the chance.

Excellent property!

We could not have been happier with our rental of Villa Bella Vita! The house was spotless, comfortable and provided everything you could need. Communication with Diane from booking through check-out was quick and courteous. The rental included a golf cart which was an added bonus to travel throughout the community. Don’t hesitate to book this rental! One of the best places we’ve ever rented!!!

Hurricane Accommodations Better than a Hotel

We rented two Villas in the Villages when we were unable to find Hotel accommodations during Hurricane Milton. This one bedroom one bath was the perfect fit for my 70 year old brother-in-law who does not drive. Having a full kitchen to cook in during a Cat 3 Hurricane was a huge blessing! Thank you for being so flexible with your accommodations.
