Updated 2 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo located on the Boardwalk in the resort area of Virginia Beach! Water views from every window! Watch the dolphins from the Oceanfront Balcony.

Enjoy the indoor heated pool, fitness room, and Wi-Fi throughout the whole building, 24 hour security, gym, locked area for bikes, coin operated laundry facility on each floor except for the 1st floor.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. We furnish the comforters/bed spreads, mattress pads, pillows and blankets. You can rent bed linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels from a local company or you are welcome to bring your own.

THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFF SEASON FROM OCTOBER TO MARCH FOR A MONTHLY RATE DEPENDING ON LEASE TERM!!!

Checking in/out with Margie was super easy! The condo is clean and is located on the quiet end of Va Beach, which was great for us. It is right on the boardwalk with gorgeous views. The closet in the hall is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and some cleaning supplies. We had a great time! It was a little frustrating that there were several light switches that didn’t control anything.

The condo was very tastefully decorated. Much care was obviously taken with supplying this condo. The condo had modern appliance. Everything worked. This unit felt like home as soon as we walked in. The owner went above and beyond to make checkin and checkout easy. We will definitely stay in this same unit and we will rent from this realty company.

Enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay in this condo. Close proximity to beach and great restaurants. Musty smell in 2nd bedroom and spotty wifi. Construction on the building but luckily didn’t interfere with our experience.

This space was just right for our family of four. Bedrooms were huge. Balcony faces the beach. Indoor pool in case of rain. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall great. We had ants in double bedroom on second day but used raid that was in the closet. Loved the decor.,and kitchen was well equipped

Relaxing vacation

The 7th floor oceanfront condo was located on the boardwalk and a few steps away from the beach and restaurants. It was clean and big for a family of four and located in a quiet area. I hardly hear the neighbors from inside the condo. The balcony was a great location to watch the fourth of July fireworks and to enjoy the ocean view. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom shower water was strong. We enjoyed our stay and had a very relaxing vacation.

Comfy Condo at Virginia Beach

This condo at Dolphin Run has been nicely updated and what is a slightly rundown building. The kitchen is really well stocked, and the beds are comfy. The balcony is a little bit small, but the pictures are accurate. We were disappointed to not have close beachfront access during our week, due to the Beach It festival set up and performances.

The location was excellent, but there were some issues inside the unit. The building manager was responsive but follow through was not completed. We would still come back to this location but would prefer things to have been cleaner.

Refreshing

The ocean views were unobstructed and visible through the oversize windows in each of the bedrooms as well as and sliding glass door in the common area. The condo and common areas of the building were clean. Appreciated the fitness center, has the standard machines 2 ellipticals, 1 treadmill, a weight machine. My 22 yr. old son said the weight machine could use some servicing / lubricating. We used the Virginia Beach Freebee car service, which you can request through the Freebee app and the driver will shuttle you to and from areas around the beach. We got some great suggestions of places to visit outside of the Virginia Beach tourist area, from a couple of the drivers. The stay was great, enough variety between relaxing, engaging and thrilling activities. Condo was spacious, comfortable and had the spectacular ocean views which made the environment great for rest and rejuvenation when we were not out and about.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family vacation to VA Beach for 4th of July week. Overall not a bad experience. As with any rental, some things could have been better. The unit was very well equipped, both with kitchen utensils and beach gear. It is a little small for a family of 5 or more. To eat dinner at the dining table, you have to move the coffee table. The balcony is small, so with the furniture out there, only 3 people, 4 if you squeeze, can be out there. The cleaning crew did not do a great job with the carpets. There were bits of things under the furniture. The building is ok, a nice older property. However, as my 5 year old put it, the hallway "smelled like poop." Could not quite place the odor but it was not pleasant. Beach access was great, and the view of the fireworks on the 4th was amazing. If you have 4 or less people, this place will work for you.

Reviewer Comments: Building is very old and smelly. The pictures on the internet made the condo look much larger than it is. Very cramped or 4 people. Showers are dangerous with no grab bars and slippery floors. The balcony was too small. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and had beautiful weather all week.No storage space in kitchen which meant all our groceries had to be kept on the counter which made it impossible to cook.

Kitchen was very well supplied with all the necessities and clean. Living spaces were inviting, comfortable and clean. Both bathrooms could use some updating but we knew that going in and they were clean so that was most important to us and the rest of the condo more than made up for it. Dolphin Run is in the quiet part of VB which we prefer. We love Watermans and Chix for dining. Margie Chapman is wonderful! We will definitely use her again. Everything she told us about the unit was true and it was nice knowing we could reach her immediately if we needed anything.

There was construction going on outside on other condo balconies during our entire stay that was a bit noisy starting at 8 am, but that’s something that rental agencies can’t control. Balcony high top table seemed a bit too big for balcony making it hard to navigate to seating. Lastly, dehumidifier in one bedroom ran nonstop and had to empty water everyday from it. There also seemed to be a slight musty smell in that room. These small inconveniences would still not stop us from renting again in the future. Loved our stay and happy we chose this condo!
