The property was great and better than expected! Quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Truly felt like a second home. 6 out of 5 stars, 11/10. This is the perfect place to stay for a family. Highly highly recommend!!

Gorgeous property, excellent communication with owner/manager, absolutely love that the pool heat was included with the stay, all the children LOVED the Star Wars room with the slide! This was our favorite rental we’ve ever stayed in. Can’t say enough good things about this property. We will definitely book here again!

Beautiful property

We had a great stay at the house. Close to all of the resorts and attractions. Orlando traffic was a bit difficult! But everything was perfect with the property and exactly as it was represented. Melissa was very very responsive with any questions we had.

Disney Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Home was conveniently located to Disney, Walmart, Starbucks and many restaurants. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the gameroom the most. Glad there was a safety gate around pool to keep the little kids out when not in use. Highly recommend this home for families with children of all ages.

Nice Weekend Stay Near Disney

We were in town for a competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports. The location of this property was perfect as it was close to the venue. The property was clean and had several amenities that our group enjoyed. One of the things we liked most was a good mix of Disney themed room and contemporary. It was very well appointed and didn’t feel overwhelming like some properties in the area. We had a very enjoyable stay!

We spent a few days there for our daughter’s birthday and it was lovely! Well-stocked, well-maintained and clean. The host was super responsive and informative. Everything was as pictured, check in and check out was super simple. Such a great, fun place!

Beautiful home, great location

Our stay was spectacular. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great location. Our stay started 2 days after Hurricane Milton rolled through and the priority owner was very helpful, great communication. The property was in great shape, no issues. I picked this property because of the Star Wars and game rooms for my kids and they did not disappoint! Would definitely stay again!

Exceeds expectations

My family and I have booked vacation homes many times. This house was far and away the most impressive home we’ve ever booked. The home and pool were extremely clean. Our 6 and 8 year old grandkids were never bored. They were either in their Star Wars room, game room or pool. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, so close to Disney, restaurants and Walmart Super store. The owner was quick to respond to questions. I can’t really say enough. Should we return to Disney we will absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay - host thought of everything

Stayed at the house with my sister visiting from England and my 17 year old child. I am a long term user of VRBO and Melissa, the host truly thought of everything. There were kitchen seasonings, extra throw blankets for relaxing on the sofa, children's strollers, pack and play, portable fans, cutlery and crockery for extended size parties, a blender for smoothies, kids life-jackets for the pool, sufficient quantities of toilet paper, laundry supplies that were of sufficient sizes. These are just a few things that I have not seen in other houses. Other hosts may supply the bare minimum and sometimes not even that, but this house has plentiful supplies of everything. When we arrived I could not see any air hockey pucks - I let Melissa know that they were missing (and also that I probably didn't need them immediately) but they arrived in the mail the next day. She was very responsive and set our minds at ease over the impending hurricane, when I asked if she needed me to do anything in preparation. Positives - too many to mention, house had everything, Melissa was great - probably the best VRBO house I've ever stayed in. Negative - the rising water was probably the cause of the thumb-sized creepy crawly that came to visit. Google told me that this may not be unusual in Florida, but it scared the crap out of me and my sister.LOL. Overall, the perfect stay!!!!

AMAZING place to stay!

We stayed here for our trip to Disney world and I wish we would’ve stayed a few more days just to enjoy everything this place has to offer. This home was FANTASTIC! My kids LOVED the upstairs room and the teens (and the adults) loved the pool, hot tub, and game room. The gated community is safe, quiet, and as close to Disney as I could have asked for. They have EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. They even have strollers which saved us in Disney. Can’t wait to come back to stay. It made our trip unforgettable! Melissa was quick to respond if we had any questions and communicative. You can tell she put a lot of thought into making her VRBO a place where families feel at home!

Disney Family Vacation

Our family of 4 plus two sets of grandparents found Formosa at Four Corners to be a wonderful property that allowed for us to be close to WDW, enjoy a home vs a hotel, and have plenty of room to spread out.The property is very nice and lives up to the descriptions on VRBO and those made by other guests. We were a little worried about being on top of each other, but the house's floor plan is so spread out that we all plenty of space. While it is a traditional VRBO it came with a ton of small creature comforts and starter packs in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect for both meal preparation or just spreading out a buffet of carry out/delivery. The stay was not without a couple of hiccups, but the host Melissa was on top of communications and took quick action to remedy the issues including the replacement of the garage/game room air conditioning unit within a couple of days after our arrival. In fact, Melissa was extremely communicative before, during, and after our stay! Our family was grateful for her attentiveness. The location was great and we easily Uber'd to WDW parks several days during our stay and it was never more than 15 minutes from door to door! The decor was impeccable! The house felt modern but still cozy. The Lego and Star War rooms were a hit with our sons. The Star Wars room is on the second level and really became a retreat for them and they loved it! We definitely look forward to our next stay!

Amazing vacation rental

We stated this amazing property for six nights with a family of 10 and we had an amazing time. The property is exactly as listed online and honestly, the Star Wars room is even better in person would definitely stay again.
