The striking exterior is complimented by a contemporary interior that is the perfect on trend combination of modern industrial meets modern farmhouse! Be prepared to completely fall in love with the rich character of the building, the vibrant design elements of the space and the incredibly spacious light filled layout! Stylish conversational decor can be found in nearly every room making the entire home an interesting and beautiful place to soak in during your Nashville stay. When you are ready to venture out, you won't need to go far for incredible food, as this home is nestled within 2 miles or less from East Nashville's most swoon-worthy restaurants, like Butcher & Bee, City House, Tree House and more. You'll even have a few choices within walking distance!

The first floor of this gorgeous rental is comprised of 2 living spaces, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and half bath. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Don't forget to relax on the two outdoor decks!
Parking:
There is plenty of free street parking available!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Guest Access:
You will have 100% private access to the entire home during your stay!
The Neighborhood:
You'll soon find out why East Nashville is the hottest neighborhood in the nation right now! With this location, you'll be a few minutes to downtown Nashville, less than 5 minutes to East Nashville's famous Five Points area, and within 10-12 minutes to every other area of town (The Gulch, 12 South, Sylvan Park, Wedgewood-Houston, etc.)
Getting Around:
No rental car needed with this location - Lyft/Uber to downtown Nashville and visit the famous Honky Tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and Country Music Hall of Fame in 3 minutes for around $7-one way!

For your safety and the security of our properties, most of our rentals have a ring doorbell camera or an external camera located on the exterior of the home. No indoor cameras are present - your privacy is fully respected.
Damage Waiver:  You are renting a private home. Please treat the property with the respect you would like shown to your own home. We get that accidents happen â some more sober than others â and we want you to be aware of your Damage Waiver coverage should something get a little wild during your stay. In an attempt to make this easier for you, the Damage Waiver fee is included in your cleaning fee. Hereâs how it works:
