The home is in a quiet neighborhood in East Nashville. It was built in 1962 and was remodeled last year. There are 3 bedrooms - the primary bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser, a large shower, two sinks, a toilet and a large closet. The desert room has a full size bed, dresser and closet. The forest room has two twin beds, a dresser and a closet. They are on each side of a bathroom with shower, tub, toilet and sink. The living room has a futon couch that can become a bed. There are also 3 cushioned chairs and a piano!

We have a whole-house water filtration unit and a kitchen sink reverse osmosis and re-mineralization unit. All linens are cotton and most are organic.

Safe and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Nice to go for walks and close to Shelby Park - a nature reserve.

Parking on street and in driveway. Sometimes I live in the ADU garage conversion!
