Our LUXURIOUS, family-friendly, 5-bedroom WATERFRONT beach house has it all! It even has a brand new dock with room for 3 boats!

Come see all that Hutchinson Island has to offer at our 174ft wide, deep water, waterfront beach retreat. Sits on the bay and just steps from the ocean, this is the perfect spot for a getaway. It is less than a 5 minute ride to the Fort Pierce inlet/multiple sandbars.

No expense was spared in the design and construction of this home! Designed for the views and an open, spacious living space. There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms downstairs and there are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs.

My family had a fantastic experience with our stay at 17 Palms! The house was perfect, with gorgeous views, a deep-water dock, and spacious bedrooms with private baths. The owners were terrific to work with and extremely accommodating! We cannot wait to book again!

We had a great stay at the house with ample supplies of everything you’ll need for a great stay. The views are amazing and sitting out on the dock and watching the fish was our favorite part. Large kitchen great for cooking together. Highly recommend.

Amazing House

Wonderful experience and time at this property. The dock and view are incredible. Watch a sunset every night while the fish are breaking all around you. Super clean and comfortable, every amenity and need was provided. Great landlord and super easy communication. Would love to return.

Family vacation

Everything about our stay was fabulous. The house is well kept and stocked with everything you need from beach chairs to toys to keep the kids busy. The view is beautiful during sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay with our extended family and always felt like we had so much room in the house. We hope to return in the future!

Perfect vacation home!

17 Palms has everything you need for a perfect family reunion! The house accommodated 15 of us with ease and you never felt cramped! Its a boaters paradise with a beautiful dock and boat lift and also walking distance to the beach! The host was very accommodating and easily reachable to answer any questions. I highly recommend this VRBO, you will not be disappointed!

Perfect amount of space

This place was great, having 2 kitchens and 2 living areas was perfect for several families with kids. We couldn’t stay off the dock, the wildlife was so amazing. Kids walked to the beach, men fished off the boat dock, chilled in the pool when it got hot, and we kayaked with dolphins
there was something for everyone. Highly recommend!

25th Anniversary Staycation

Perfection! The decision to stay local so friends and family could meet up became possible when we found this listing. Everything we could have needed was just at our fingertips. The dock made it easy to add a daily boat rental to our excursion todo list. We hope to stay again soon.

From the second I clicked yes at booking until after I locked the door on the way home this was the greatest VRBO experience to date. The house is a 12 out of 10. The pictures don’t do it justice. The home is huge and gorgeous with attention to high end detail everywhere. Even chocolates and wine at check in AND towel folding in all the beds. The host responds so quickly and is beyond helpful. The home has EVERYTHING you’d need to just enjoy and unwind. The view, pool, lake and boat docks are perfect and even the huge amount of pool floats and tubes make it so much more fun. I cannot type how great this place is. I WILL be going back. Book fast and book often this place is the real deal.

Wonderful stay!

This house is a true gem! The space is perfect for multiple families and friends. We had 4 families all with children and infants and all felt we had our own space. Beautiful, clean, family friendly! The host was easy to communicate with and the house was perfect and clean. All the supplies you could ever need - towels, dishes, toys, beach stuff, pool floats ect! Would definitely come back again!

Great family trip.

The property was amazing, far better than expected. My family took a relatively unplanned trip to Florida to escape the cold winter of Massachusetts. We were thrilled with the clean and spacious conditions we found in the massive home. The proximity to the beaches and local shops and restaurants was perfect. We were a group of 6 adults with one child, and there were rooms left over. Plenty of room for a larger group. I would highly recommend the property.

Plenty to do!

We had a family reunion in the area and chose Seventeen Palms because of its location and beautiful setting! It did not disappoint. Huge kitchen entertaining area, spacious bedrooms and a whole separate apartment for when the old folks went to bed and the kids continued on! Pool was fun and everyone had fun on the pier - fishing, watching the dolphins swim by or taking in the spectacular sunsets! Highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Great Beach House for Family Reunion!

Great beach house for my family reunion. We loved the house, the close proximity to the playground, pickleball courts and beach. We cooked all of our meals in the vast kitchen, we played cards on the screened in porch, we laughed into the evening. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend. PS use bug spray for the noseeums in the evenings and at the beach.

Location, Location, Location!

We purchased this property as our family getaway from the hustle and bustle of busy Broward and Palm Beach County. Cousins, siblings, parents, and grandparents of the Dolan family meet at this house to make lasting memories.

We LOVED this house from the moment we saw the first picture of this re-conceptualized mid-century modern home. It is perfect for a romantic getaway to a large family holiday get together. It is close to the beach, has the most breathtaking views and moments from all the action at the inlet or downtown!

Our favorite part of house is the dock. We often see dolphins and manatees swimming by while drinking our coffee on the dock. We highly recommend enjoying the sunset from this spot as it is a LIFE CHANGING view!

This beautiful luxury property is in a wonderful location, quiet, yet close to everything. We are so very excited for you to experience what our family has experienced at this property!

House is located on 174ft of deep water with enough room for 4 boats and room for a multiple cars and trailers in the driveway. You are welcome to bring your own boat or rent from local marinas.

There is a reef underneath the dock and allows for successful fishing right off the dock in your private, fenced in backyard. The area is known for sailfish.

Tree hammock awaits you swinging and listing to the waves crash against the 174ft raised recapped sea wall.
