Lovely beachfront condo w/ private balcony/ shared pool & hot tub/ beach access! This unit has a master bedroom with king bed, a second bedroom with a king bed, a bunkroom with two single beds, and a queen sized sofa bed, sleeping 8.

This unit has a reserved parking spot on the 5th floor of the 12 floor parking garage.

This home is nestled within the Shores of Panama resort and offers plenty of space to relax and unwind during your stay. The fully-equipped kitchen will make preparing meals a breeze. Brew a cup of coffee and sit on the private balcony to take in amazing views of the gulf coast. Use the free WiFi to research your next Panama City Beach adventure while enjoying your favorite show on the large flat screen Roku TV.

The Shores of Panama resort charges a $90 resort fee per booking for a packet that includes 8 wrist bands to access the pool and 2 parking permit for the garage. The resort security requires you provide full names of all guests, make, model, license plate of all vehicles; a secure link will be sent to you in the check in letter so that you can provide the information and pay for your packet.

Shores of Panama

This was our first time here. The room was perfect. Very clean and great view. But the parking garage absolute horrid. And same with elevators. We wasted so much time waiting on elevators. And noone wants to walk 18 floors of stairs everyday. Also, could hear everything going on above us and outside.

We were on the 18th floor. Elevators were pretty slow. Couldn't sit on the balcony due to smokers all around us. Nice resort with a big pool.

Everything was great and exactly as advertised except cleanliness of showers and floors. Cleaners need to spend more time in showers and not forget to vacuum.

Wonderful Stay!!

The host is absolutely amazing! She responds quickly, we had a couple issues on the first day and she resolved them within 24 hours! The view is amazing from the balcony. I know the Shores of Panama resort gets bad reviews for security and elevator wait times, but we never had any issues with security and the elevators were not as bad as people make them seem. Peak times are a little wait nothing that would make me consider not staying again. Overall we had a great week and will be staying at one of Lorien’s condos again if back in PCB!

.. BUT very large !

Parking spaces are Tight for larger vehicles. TV had No connection, was told someone would come up to help, But No one came to check out the problem. Hair dryer in 1/2 bath didn’t work. Elevators are packed with long waits.

Stay was fine. Room is pretty outdated. Beds were super uncomfortable (we went and bought our own mattress toppers). Build of bunk beds was awful considering there was a piece of wood at my child’s head that she could have easily busted her head on while asleep.Room was promised at 4, but the cleaners did not get finished until almost 6, which basically made our first day a waste and still was not 100% clean once they were “finished”.If these type things do not bother you, I recommend, but I do not recommend this room for a family vacation.

PCB girls trip

The room is exactly as the pictures. Pools were clean! Security was tight and it made us feel very safe. The only issues we had was that because security was so tight, although the host allowed us to check in early, security wasn’t happy about us not having the arm bands and parking passes and were a little hateful about letting us go get them from our room. They wanted us to have them before they would allow us to park. The host was amazing she messaged back quickly and answered all of my questions. Ignore all the poor reviews people leave about the elevator at this hotel. We never had an issue they were fast and always available. I’ll absolutely stay here again

I would give our stay at Shores of Panama and in this particular condo a 2/5. The staff was extremely rude on multiple occasions and not willing to assist you, our condo had a broken closet door laid against the utility closet and a broken towel rack hanging off of the wall (the pictures were deceiving and not accurate compared to what we got), and it was not cleaned properly. In addition, on Wednesday night of our stay the fire alarm was pulled and we were told to evacuate and as we are going down the stairs someone says that it was a false alarm but the staff never announced it was safe to go back to our rooms or that it was a false alarm. We have stayed here twice before and it was great, but overall it has really gone downhill and not kept up either.
