Que vous soyez en escapade romantique ou en vacances en famille, cette unité rendra vos vacances encore meilleures. Amusez-vous sur notre grand balcon avec une tasse de café le matin tout en regardant le soleil se lever ou sirotez un cocktail froid pendant que le soleil se couche, tout ce que vous avez à faire est de sortir de votre chambre!

Cette configuration intérieure élégante et spacieuse avec des décorations intérieures tropicales crée une sensation immédiate de vacances rendant votre expérience de plage encore plus agréable. Ce magnifique combo de cuisine de salon offre une communion dans toute l'unité avec des sièges confortables, un grand comptoir de cuisine avec un îlot central et une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces tout en donnant sur le golfe du Mexique. Le salon offre également un mini-bar complet sur le côté, un lecteur DVD et un canapé-lit queen-size.

La chambre principale offre un élégant lit KING et une grande télévision à écran plat. Le maître a également son propre placard, miroir de courtoisie, baignoire jacuzzi, douche à l'italienne en verre, ses lavabos et son accès personnel au balcon depuis la chambre.

La deuxième chambre offre un grand lit queen-size, une télévision à écran plat et un accès à la deuxième salle de bains.

La troisième chambre offre un combo de lits superposés en haut et en bas avec une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD pour regarder des films. Avec le canapé-lit queen portant la capacité de couchage à 9!

Le Majestic est situé dans le centre de Panama City Beach et à proximité de certains de nos plats préférés tels que Dee's Hangout et Fishale Taphouse and Grill. En bas de la rue, la famille peut profiter du parc aquatique Shipwreck Island qui offre du plaisir à tous les âges.

Le Majestic Beach Resort offre à ses clients de nouvelles installations époustouflantes. Il y a 5 piscines! The place definitely needs some upgrading and good cleaning. Living couch still had a dirty fitting sheet on, good thing we had a clean one to replace it. Main problem was not having locks to the bathrooms. 9 people unit and no locks and when we asked about it, maintenance said they couldnt do it without owner approval which we never got it and were pretty much ignored the rest of the stay. The price was fair for unit, the view was beautiful. Kitchen pots and pans also need to be ungraded. We have been going to majestic beach resort for years , but security wasn’t very friendly and kicking out people from the jacuzzi just because it was over 12 people even though it still had lots of room around, so probably will not come back to this resort anymore.

The proximity to the beach was excellent! The view magnificent! The condo layout was perfect for us. Checking in was easy. Getting our luggage to the 17th floor was a bit antiquated but we managed. We were there during a Labor Day weekend. It was very busy. You park in the condos garage facility then you have to “ check out” a cart for luggage. They keep your license until you bring it back. Then you walk across a cat walk to the actual tower. Not user friendly for senior citizens… Our condo was in bad need of maintenance. I took several pictures. None of the cabinets in the kitchen closed properly. They were falling off the hinges. There was mold in the master shower. There were stains on the couch so bad that we put covers over it before sitting. The fabric on two of the chairs on the balcony were torn. The patio door in the living room had so much gunk in it that it was hard to open. The vanity chair in the master en suite had black grease looking stains all over it. We had to cover the chair before we could sit down. In the master bathroom, one of the vanities faucets was completely torn apart, and totally unusable. When in use the garbage disposal had a sewer like smell.It has a potential to be a really great condo, but it is in dire need of attention… lots of deferred maintenance!

Amazing water views from the balcony! The room was clean and very centrally located. The pools were great with a convenient bar/grill by the pool at Tower 1. This is a large property so be prepared to walk a bit to get to your car, tothe beach and other amenities of the condo.

The unit was very clean and had a fantastic view. The pools and hot tubs were awesome. The whole family enjoyed the stay. We loved the big balcony. We can highly recommend this unit and property.

The fact that it had 3 bedrooms sold us when we booked. Unfortunately the air conditioning doesn’t support the size. It wasn’t cool during our stay. We notified them and someone did come a few hours later to check k it and nothing changed. It has a small wet bar that we never used. While standing beside it on day 2 the sink made a loud noise and exploded with black chunky foul smelling water from the drain. I was covered and so was the counter and floor. Maintenance guys had to work on it for a few hours so we couldn’t have the kids go up until they fixed the issue. We had to buy fans to cool ourselves. Pack a few fans, and extra pillows because they are few. The slider in the living room is impossible to open unless you are very strong and we did tell maintenance without any help. The furniture is old and not very clean either. Bar stools are dirty fabric and sofa is old and worn. Two chairs are old worn and dated as well. This is my first negative experience with a rental and wouldn’t recommend at all.

Spacious room!

Overall very nice. The room had plenty of room to accommodate guests. Feel like some spots could have been cleaned better but overall good and the location of condo was perfect.

We loved this room..it was beautiful..clean and omg the view...only thing is it would be nice if u had a stick vaccum or a mop vacuum to clean up the floors ...and the AC was a pain ..always woke up in middle night hot in the master room and all other rooms was cool ...sometimes the whole unit wouldnt work..it needs some attention..but our stay was great and we will stay with u all again!!

Great location’

The condo is in the Majestic it is a great location and you could probably stay here and get by without a vehicle. There are quite a few businesses within walking distance including a Walmart. This is our 2nd year to spend Jan. and Feb. in this condo. The condo could use some refreshing but is pretty nice overall.

The beach view was great! However, the property wasn’t very clean the bathrooms were gross and the dishes had been put away with food on them and cups in the cabinet filled with sand. Nothing extra was provided if you plan an extended you’ll have to buy trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc. as you are only provided one trash bag and leftover rolls of toilet paper from previous vacationers.
