The Pink Flamingo is a 2600 sq ft home with a brand new 45 ft. pool and a huge backyard!

This resort was completely remodeled inside and out, the rooms are stylishly designed and decorated by Davidriosdesigns, with lots of color & high-end furnishings & décor. The floor plan has a free-flowing & inviting indoor-outdoor feel, perfect for lounging and dining, hanging with friends & family.

The house has 4 bedrooms + a den and 3 bathrooms.

-The house has 2 primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, both with an access to the backyard.
-The two other bedrooms are a good size and are located in the hallway.
-The den is located off the main living area - it has an extra full-size bed!

The garage has been converted into an entertainment space! Equipped with a flat screen TV, a sofa and a bar where you can create your own signature drinks, you’ll find no shortage of fun things to do!

For those who love to entertain, you won’t find a better place in Palm Springs.
The beautiful kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal for the group!

There are plenty of dining options to consider. Inside, you can keep it casual at the beautiful kitchen island, or gather ‘round the dining table right off the kitchen. Outside, dine al fresco under the pergola.

*Please note we are near the airport so you can see/hear the planes. Which we and our guests find it more entertaining than distracting! They do have a curfew.


Pool heating is optional and available for a fee of $75 per night. The pool heating is for the entire stay. Pet fee is $150. Pet fee is $150 (Max 2 pets). 3 pets: $200

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.

3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).

4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).

5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (8 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.

6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (4 cars max)

7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.

8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.

9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.

**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
