Maison moderne du milieu du siècle récemment rénovée avec une cour privée spacieuse et une toute nouvelle piscine / spa d'eau salée surdimensionné. La cour arrière comprend de nombreux espaces pour se détendre et profiter de la vue imprenable sur la montagne et les magnifiques couchers de soleil et est entièrement paysagée avec de grandes pelouses, des tilleuls, des orangers et des pamplemousses et un magnifique paysage désertique. Pendant la journée, le soleil sur l'un des transats ou les chaises longues flottantes dans la piscine. Les nuits froides, restez au chaud près de l'un des foyers / cheminées extérieurs. La cour arrière comprend également un barbecue avec une grande table à manger extérieure. ID de la ville de Palm Springs n ° 2270.

L'espace de vie principal de la maison comprend un sol en porcelaine blanche, un nouveau téléviseur à écran plat avec DVD et Apple TV, de grandes portes coulissantes donnant sur la cour, une grande baie vitrée avec vue sur la montagne, une cheminée, des sièges de bar et une table à manger pour six personnes.

Très proche du centre-ville / commerces / restaurants, Spa Resort Casino, terrains de golf, l'aéroport international de Palm Springs et le tramway aérien de Palm Springs.

Loved the neighborhood , we had e-bikes and easily got around. The house and pool are wonderful. The only feedback would be about cooking pans/pots- everything outdated and scratched teflon coated which you don’t won’t coming off into your food. So we ate out. Very clean and yard is spacious. Master bed very comportable. Overall highly recommend.

Perfect Pool House

We had the best stay here last week! The house and yard and pool were spectacular, the pix don't do it justice. Loved how open and uncluttered the house was, incredibly clean and well-stocked with all the basics. We spent most of our time outdoors, the pool, hot tub and baja shelf are all connected, and were the perfect temp. Lots of pool toys/accessories and plenty of loungers and umbrellas (never seem to have enough of these at most properties). At night, plenty of TVs so everyone could watch what they wanted, and very comfy beds :) We can't wait to come back!

Paradise

This was our second stay and it was better than the first. Michael fixed any issue we had from the time before. The new curtains were great. We love our stay at this home. It is extremely clean, and located on a nice quiet street. The view from the pool and yard is fantastic! We will of course be back!

Comfortable and Great Location

Nice house with a large pool in a lovely neighborhood, close to everything (with a car). Had a few issues but local owner was able to resolve rather quickly. Not alot of comfy seating in the living area but we spent much of our time outside when at the home. Lots of seating options in backyard.

Loved our stay

We loved the location of this property and how clean it was. A vacuum cleaner or wet swiffer (rather than dry) would be super helpful for the floors when staying with kids since they are tile. Michael was responsive and helpful. The pool and view were amazing. We will be back!

Nice yard, not so nice inside.

We travel to Palm Springs often and love this location. The backyard and pool of this home was nice, our dogs loved it. Inside however, it was lacking. We let the property manager know blinds in the bedroom were broken within minutes of arriving and nothing was done to fix them during our stay. We noticed other broken things around the house after that. The showers were inconsistently warm, there was nowhere for our family to sit and talk or watch a movie in the living room, but worst of all was the battle with small ants. If we left out any bit of food we would soon find ants.

Serene and Relaxing Stay

My husband and I loved staying at this property. The home was conveniently located, pristine, quiet, and private. It also had an awesome mod decor, so immediately felt like stepping into a different time and into vacation mode. The owner/manager was very communicative and clear with direction. We would absolutely stay here again.

great get-away

For Grandpa and two grandsons and their mom...perfect house as far as room and pool. Owner is the best as he was in close contact with us throughout our stay. Might add a broom for sweeping up after grandkids :) Great place.

I stayed 5 weeks and aside from just a couple of items I needed to ask the owner about, the stay was perfect!! The house, yard and pool area is so relaxing and well maintained. Great place to vacation!! And when I needed to ask the owner a question, he responded immediately!!

The pool and yard are great. The house is sparsely furnished and for two large men their was no comfortable place to sit. The pictures showed furniture that has been replaced. Mid century modern on a budget is not comfortable for 6'3" guys. The bathrooms are great and location too.

Fantastic stay

Our group of 4 adults and 2 kids (both 9 year olds) had the best time at Aquatini. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was large and spacious. The hot tub was nice and hot. The location is also very convenient. The Tahquitz River area is one of our favorite neighborhoods in Palm Springs. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to Michael for ensuring we had a perfect stay.

Amazing Girls Weekend

Five girlfriends + this property = heaven. We spent a long weekend here and couldn’t have picked a better location. It was simply the best. Michael was the perfect host, so helpful with restaurant recommendations and anything we needed. We road the gondola up for a hike, visited the art museum, hit the shops and even had medium Timothy Courtney join us for a reading one morning (fantastic!). And of course we enjoyed lots of delightful pool time. We can’t wait to come back.

Great getaway
