Il est situé dans un magnifique bâtiment de style espagnol hollywoodien datant de 1930, à Hollywood Hills, surplombant la ville. Il y a un grand salon, une télévision intelligente. Un long canapé qui peut accueillir 1 personne confortablement. Un piano Summers & Son Spinet. Cuisine carrelée espagnole lumineuse, comprend un coin petit-déjeuner. Les portes françaises menant à une grande salle de soleil carrelée qui est également la salle à manger, donnant sur un canyon luxuriant avec une vue spectaculaire. Grande chambre avec sol en carrelage, lit Cal King et salle de bains / stores occultants. Internet haute vitesse sans fil. Bois franc et carrelage partout.
Veuillez noter qu'il s'agit d'un immeuble et que vous entendrez vos voisins à divers moments de la journée.

Idéalement situé dans les collines mais à distance de marche du Hollywood Bowl et du Hollywood Blvd. À quelques minutes à pied de lieux magnifiques tels que le théâtre chinois, le théâtre Pantages et l'hôtel Roosevelt. Le célèbre château magique, le théâtre Kodak, qui accueille la cérémonie annuelle des Oscars. Près de Beverly Hills, du parc Griffith et de l'observatoire. 5 minutes en voiture des studios Universal. À quelques minutes de tous les principaux studios, musées et galeries. Disneyland est à une heure de route et à 30 minutes des plages de Venise, Santa Monica et Malibu sans trafic.

The space is amazing. Really beautiful and very close to Hollywood Blvd. Hosts were wonderful and space exceeded expectations!

Lovely home in the hills

The view of the city in the morning would make up for any issues with the property—but there weren't really any issues to make up for. Clean, comfortable, well-maintained, with excellent communication from the owner. A terrific spot for a short visit or longer stay.

Entspannter Rückzugsort mitten in Hollywood

Wir waren zwei Wochen in Los Angeles und die Ferienwohnung war optimal und sehr zu empfehlen. Sie ist für Los Angeles Verhältnisse sehr groß und sauber. Das Bett war super bequem. Auch die Couch war für zwei super bequem und mit dem Smart TV war ein Abend in der Wohnung mit Netflix

Cute and cozy and close to everything

Views from the apartment are spectacular and it's just a 10min walk to the Hollywood walk of fame. We loved coming back to relax in the comfy apartment after our long days of site seeing. And Dierdre was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Place to Stay in the Hollywood Hills

Our stay at this Hollywood Hills property has been fantastic. The hosts are so lovely to deal with & the property is wonderful. Located in Hollywood Hills each room has a beautiful view. The dining room has been our favourite area to enjoy the view from the floor length windows. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities needed for a great stay. From a brand new large comfortable bed & TV, to a full kitchen to be able to cook from if needed. The location is fantastic & such a picturesque area. We would highly recommend this property.

a gem in the Los Angeles hills!

this rental was perfect.. spacious and clean.the view from the sunroom/dining area was amazing! excellent locaton.. center of everything and you could walk to Hollywood blvd. Diedre was very welcoming and always answered my questions,at any time. the final bonus was the apartment having a personal parking space.(which in Hollywood is priceless..)!!

Amazing View

Amazing apartment, comfortable bed, nice kitchen, you will find everything what you need. The view is really amazing, you can see all lights of Hollywood. You just need 5 minutes by foot to the Hollywood Boulevard. It was an amazing time and I really enjoyed this beautiful treehouse in the middle of the Hollywood hills.

Fantastic views and prime location in Hollywood

Well, it must be a great place to stay I ended up living here for about 6 months! As seen from the pictures, the views are quite exquisite and the whole place has a unique, rustic, and warm feel. The 1920s spanish style is charming, but keep in mind it is a bit of an older building, so there can be some caveats to that. Everything stated in the description and pictures is accurate, and I highly recommend considering this lovely place to stay while experiencing all LA has to offer. Also, the owners are extremely nice and very responsive, and the neighbors are great too. To summarize my experience I'll give you the good and the not so good. The Good: spectacular views, prime location, big soft bed, and the comfort of home. Not So Good: on a steep hill, kitchen is tiny, shared internet was spotty, missing a few finishing touches. The pluses definitely outweigh the minuses, you'll be hard pressed to find a better place to stay for the value. If you have the chance to book a stay here, you'll be sure to enjoy it.

Superlative

We stayed in this apartment for more than two months. This place is truly wonderful. It is very comfortable in virtually all respects. The kitchen is a little tight and lacks an oven, but the rest of the apartment more than makes up for this deficiency. Very comfy bed, nice bathroom & shower, etc. The large dining room has a stunning view over Los Angeles. Located in a historic neighborhood of North Hollywood (you can feel the history when walking the neighborhood), it is just uphill from the classic sights of Hollywood (Walk of Fame, Grauman’s Chinese Theater, etc.). The owners of the apartment are very friendly and most helpful. The only negative for me is that if I post this review the apartment will not be available when we want to stay there! (So much for being selfish.) Moongok State College, PA

One of the things we love about having a vacation rental is we get to meet some really cool and interesting people. Thanks Derrill & Kathy we're looking forward to seeing you again. By the way, I do need to make a simple correction for future renters, the apartment is not located in North Hollywood but in the Hollywood Hills, just west of Highland and north of Franklin Blvd. Niall & Deirdre PS We have remodeled with a very cool kitchen with an oven:)

AMAZING PLACE!!!

All I can say is that this was an amazing house..with incredible views in the HEART of it all!!!!!!!!!!! just the BEST!!! the owners were super cool and helpful -no problems with anything! just an amazing place and parking included!!!! thank you for letting us stay!!!

This property has been in our family since the late seventies. It's a magnificent example of Classic Spanish, Art Deco style architecture, popular in the late 20's early 1930's in California. Perched high in the Hollywood Hills, over looking the city with spectacular views.
